Ridiculously good burger shop. Seating inside and outside under cover. Staff treat you like family. Fresh ingredients, the best flavour chips, creamy milkshakes and who doesn't love soft buns!

Best burgers by far in Adelaide, great presentation and tastes better every time and i don't know how when it always tastes so good. First visit to the Golden Grove store after so many visits to Prospect. Couldn't fault anything, Golden Grove closer to home too will be back. Staff were great too and not long wait times even when they are busier. Keep up the good work Zaynn and the team, nothing else can beat a Stax burger! Always consistent too across every visit!

Stax burger Golden Grove is king to be honest. We regularly get kickin' chicken, simple burger and a double serve of fries. We recently had a some problems with a couple of orders but I contacted them privately with my concerns and Zaynn was amazing and went out of his way to personally make sure I was 100% happy with my order. I can't complain one bit, our meal was perfect. Zaynn has a fantastic team and I commend them in the way they conduct themselves and the business. Honourable mention goes to Shae who's energy and enthusiasm for her job brings a life to the store. She's always been so welcoming and accommodating to any of our needs or requests. Thank you Stax Golden Grove you guys are the best.

Tried Stax on Monday night, ordered via the app for the $10 off first order deal. I ordered ‘The Burg’, the Burger was very good on nice soft potato buns. Also got the ‘Choc Fudge Shake’, which again was very good. I don’t think that burger is worth $23 good though. Similarly the shake, was also very good, but thought it was a bit small for $11.50, seems like a ‘regular / medium’ size cup. The store setting is nice, has outside seating and inside seating too. Plenty of parking available behind or a small walk across the road at the shops. Would like if they had more sides, noticed you could add ‘2 onion rings’ to the burger but no onion rings on the side menu - would’ve loved some! Now not sure why my purchase was more than listed on the menus posted online.. possibly due to ordering on their own app?! Or due to public holiday? But either way, they are not listed as fine print ** Was wondering if you could take advantage of the ‘mad Monday deals’ with the cheaper burger on the app, but, I guess not due to what I paid. Overall nice location, nice store. Not in a hurry to return at those prices!

Atmosphere is great. We went at dinner on Sat night, the bright yellow LED lights are really cool. The staff were friendly and helpful at explaining the app and $10 voucher for new customers. Ample space to park our pram by the booth. We ordered via the app and within 25 mins our food was brought out. The drink refill machine is super cool. Buy a cup and refill as much as you like. The chicken wings were super tasty and well priced for 10. However the burgers had cold tomato, and cold salads, but the beef patty and cheese was room temp. The quality was good and taste was nice. Just the temperature was a bit strange and for the price, expected a little better. Might give it a go again. Highly recommend the chicken wings 👍👍

I have to say I have been a few times now and every time they have got it right. I waited to write a review because I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke the first few times. The staff are always friendly even at the busiest times. I like how they are not afraid to keep asking about time. This tells me they have a good relationship with the back. They all work together as a team. I ordered the Big Cheese and Fries. As always, Fries are spot on. The burger WOW. No complaints here. The meat was spot on, cheese passed the pull test, and the sauce and topping were spot on. The new cheese toastie bun is where it is. This simple addition elevates the budget to another level. I will be back soon enough for another.

I've visited both Stax locations and so far they've been pretty consistent which is nice. My partner overall would prefer a much larger burger but for me this is the perfect size. In terms of chips we absolutely love them but agree that both locations give too many chips and I constantly see people leaving with a lot of their chips uneaten. I think it would be good to give customers the option of chip sizes in order to lessen food waste. I love the thickshakes on offer and also really love playing around with the drink machine. That tiramisu thickshake is 👌 We've tried all the sauces available and they are all delicious and I wish I could get a bottle of the Jalapenio Aioli and the Stax Sauce.

Stax is your place for amazing burgers 🍔 , every time! Our family has never had a bad burger. They produce super tasty, high quality burgers that truly satisfy. Definitely filling, but they do have smaller burgers if you don’t want a huge feed. If you haven’t tried Stax, then what are you waiting for?!? Go get one now!

Seriously what a burger joint ! Ordered a huge feed with hands down the best burgers you can eat. With loaded fries and chicken tender sides which took the meal to a whole new level! Only problem I had today is I couldn't physically fit in any more food! Had a chat with Zane and could tell he pours his heart and soul into this place and it shows in the food and service! Deadest one of the best in caring about what his customers want Keep up the amazing work guys already looking forward to another cheat meal!!

Best burgers around! The only thing that would have been good to make it perfect, was some complimentary tomato sauce or other dipping sauce for the fries and the nutritional value of each burger and meal. It was impossible to find out how many calories were in each meal. If there was a nutritional breakdown available on the app or website, that would be amazing. The service was exceptional as always. Thank you!

Great (Like really amazing burgers) Food, Highly Recommended, staff are friendly and you can see all your food getting cooked in the kitchen (nothing to hide) Atmosphere is great, gentle beats in the background and a crazy drinks dispenser that anyone will have fun using and making fun combinations with. Also the owner/manager was working away on his laptop in a booth and as I was waiting for my food struck a very meaningful conversation with me. You do not get that type of service/friendliness now days so extra well done!!! 5 STARS
