With just one person working, it made it difficult to provide good service because the employee they had working seemed rushed. This was then apparent again when she threaded my brows in a rush, leaving one of my brows noticeably thinner than the other. I specifically mentioned I only wanted a tidy up. When I mentioned it, she proceeded to tell me they were both the same. It’s very clear that they aren’t. It was difficult to communicate. I only included two stars because she did not charge me, as she knew I wasn’t happy with her work. I won’t be back.

Twice now I have been here. Twice I have come home wanting to cry. The first time I had my legs waxed. If you can call it that, I had hair all around me still but I thought maybe it was too small. I would say a year or close to a year later I went back, I am temporarily not allowed to continue laser treatment due to a medical situatuon that affects hormones. My face is badly affected and if you're a female, this obviously takes a large toll. I went in, knowing the hairs were fine length to get out. I paid $45 for a "full face wax" and some brow tinting in an attempt to help me feel a little better about it all. When "done" I went to reach the mirror, the woman pulled it back and hurried me along because someone outside was getting impatient. I left. I got to my car. She's made a dent but thats it, every area still had MULTIPLE hairs on the longer side. They are rushers, they either don't use quality products or are simply untrained or lazy. It was ridiculous how much hair was left and its all dark and obvious so not a job that could just have been innocently missed. I won't be back and I'll make it known. Females with my condition with challenging facial hairs go through enough trouble with it without being screwed around. The job was unacceptable and I took photos in my car and sent them to some salons i googled to ask their opinion to see if maybe they are too small and every single one said I was screwed around by this business and these hairs are more than capable of coming out with some effort in service. It's embarassing and I would honestly call this business a disgrace for thinking that allowing people to not look in the mirror and walk out hoping they won't be back is just disgusting behaviour, if a job is impossible at least admit it instead of yanking a mirror back. Poor.

I booked the deep cleansing facial at Beauty and brow parlour Port Adelaide.Hema did my facial and it was perfect.She did it very best as well as her nature is also nice.She speaks very politely . I have amazing experience of Facial with Hema.

I've attended this store 4 times and have only ever had my eyelashes refilled by the same lady who only works weekends. The service is lovely and I always leave happy with my eyelashes. When I haven't required much to be refilled, she has charged me less, and when there's more to do than usual, she charges a bit more, but it's justified because I can tell how much is required.

Worst choice I have ever Made to get services done from this place. I went for eyebrow waxing and she poured hot wax on my eyelashes. It took 40 minutes to take the wax out and she plucked alot of my lashes from roots leaving a gap in between. Just worried if it grows back or not. Later just said sorry. She claims she has never had an experience like this before but this is completely unprofessional. I would never ever recommend this place. I wish I could rate this place in negatives.... Terrible service.

Worst customer service experience I went for facial and told she will do massage for 10 mins for 70 dollars she was not using cream at all during so called massage and when asked she completed the facial massage in 7 mins I felt she was stretching my skin due to lack of product I felt I put more product on my face in morning as my moisturiser than she was using she also left the room widely open in between the facial . Other people were these and I feel so embarrassed she then put a mask on face with minimal product when I asked to atleast cover my face with mask she argued that if we use more product you have side effects .. I felt like crying as I spend my hard earned money not to get service but to take frustration of the customer service lady I was very disappointed I also done my eyebrows I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this salon Anyways too late for me Never going back .. keep this kind of service your business ‘s future is not very bright Extremely disappointed Big frauds

Wanted to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted for a natural look but I don't recommend the service. First, the lady was abit rough and my eyes were watering up as she placed the under eye guard right on my eyeball and wouldn't fix it when I said I was uncomfortable. Second when It was finished, my eyelashes on both eyes were different from each other regarding direction and height which is annoying and I don't know how to fix that. Lastly, I don't think the individuals working have great hygiene, before the lady started touching my face, she wiped her nose and her face...seemed to have been sick. Idk Ive been to better places, the price may be decent but for what it's worth, I wouldn't recommend this place for beauty treatments.

VERY BAD, I paid $140 to get eyelash extensions done and she carelessly put glue on my inner eyelid which made one eye tear up constantly but she said that’s normal. I HAD TO GO TO MY DOCTOR TO GET THEM REMOVED. WARNING___DONT RISK YOUR EYES HEALTH____

I had gone it to get a classic pair of eyelash extensions as soon as I looked at them I was pretty disappointed in how they where not noticeable in any way yes they look a little longer but are very light and need more lashes added I also hopped into the car and noticed two eyelashes on my face fallen out already I then got home and about two hours later I noticed five lashes laying on the bed In front of me I have not played wet or messed around with these lashes so they seem to have been done poorly.

Pretty disappointed with the lack of care and customer service given at the port plaza. I’ve previously been to other stores and have never had a bad experience. However, when I arrived home this time i had to pluck my eyebrows again myself as they had only done half the job. Again disappointed with the customer service as I was ignored when trying to make interactions with staff, not to mention them trying to convince me that I needed my top lip waxed even though I am blonde and therefore any hair is unnoticeable. What a way to make someone feel beautiful !! I won’t be back!!

I don’t usually write reviews but honestly save your money and don’t come here, never had my eyebrows so butchered I asked for medium brown tint and they look black. She also missed so many hairs in my wax and they’re uneven. Waste of $33
