I asked the restaurant to please make my food fresh as I had a 10 min drive and it would be cold otherwise when I got home. Rather than doing this the drive through operator stated all their food was fresh. I asked them to make it from scratch and said I was happy to wait. He stated that it had all just been made. My food came out cold and stale like it had been sitting there all day. Management were nice on the phone. But I did not want to make the 10 min drive to replace my order as I have a baby and toddler at home. It was a bad experience to have drive through staff argue rather than listening to the customer. Not good.

Don't go there at night time eshays will be blocking your path and will try and Rob you for your shoes

Absolute joke of a store. Didn’t give us all our food in drive through and then when we called up and told them the dude on the phone said he would fill out a complaint form and asked me to wait. I waited for ten minutes while I heard him serving customers and joking around with someone. I eventually just hung up. You will never receive a single cent from us again and we will tell as many people as we can about the garbage service you have repeatedly given us. While I’m at it I’ll add a photo of a burger (with a free piece of hair) we got from the same store 2 weeks ago. I let that slide but not anymore. The burgers are definitely better elsewhere and that’s how we will spend our money from now on.

Frozen coke doesn't even come frozen, so thanks for the melted coke I guess Also my Big Mac was completely cold the second I got it, cheese not even melted onto it at all, and all the lettuce was outside of the burger

I’ve have been here a few occasions over the past year and each time has been absolutely terrible. Not only do the self serve machines not work half the time but the lack of care of the dining area and bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. I will no longer be visiting this establishment, and I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Self service machine wasn't working properly. Had to line up for the lone open manned register. My order came out wrong. Twice. Was still not correct the second time. Fries were half full. Coke was flat. Burger was made poorly. The restaurant was also generally untidy. Sticky countertops and tables. Broken display screens. 0/10 do not recommend.

Wow team, other than the one polite chap on drive through, the rest of you let the company down. I keep coming back with my app in the hope of improvement. If you've actually got the order completed within a few minutes at the last window it's a miracle. Either chips are undercooked or cold, request for no Mayo on daughter's wrap is ignored, or you literally throw the food in the bag. Most often on a lunch break, much of this is spent with other customers waiting in the car park. Seriously, sort it out. The manager who spoke to me months ago after I complained having waited 10 minutes for a large chicken wrap meal, no mayo, only to find lashings of sauce upon opening at home...well sir, you never did send a voucher for replacement and your phone manner was shocking. You and the team could learn some tips from the HJs team over the road.

I haven’t been able to find MacDonald in Adelaide good enough to rate 2 star ever. Service wise it’s good but not food. We got MCspicy chicken and Sausage egg muffins, both patties were very dry and chewy where it had a texture like cardboard and not edible. It may or may not have been cooked hours ago and left sitting. What I don’t understand is how it can taste polar opposite with the McDonald between countries. To compare McSpicy burger and Sausage egg muffins between here and other country, i would give it 5 star or more to other country if i could because never fails to be tender, juicy and warm (freshly cooked). I can understand the flavour wise, where McDonald states “It adapts menu to reflect different tastes and local traditions”. However, the food is supposed to cooked to customer’s satisfaction. If it’s way overcooked and doesn’t seem good enough for yourself to eat then don’t serve. “I wish McDonald could do much better than this and improve their performance. I will come next time and try it, hopefully it doesn’t let me or any other customers down again.“

Sick of the orders being wrong. Pretty much everytime we go there. Having to wait in the waiting pay for a simple meal and it's not even busy. Today I was in a rush to crab a quick breakfast which i paid for. I Was told to wait in waiting bay for 1 minute. I ended up leaving without my meal because they took Towo long to bring it out. Very disappointing it is meant to be fast food. That's the reason we went there. I understand there are young teenages working there and feel for them being put under pressure but it is extremely frustrating. My fault for going back I guess.

This by far worst McDonald's you will ever go to. If they do happen to get your order correct it will no doubt be wrong.... good luck

Absolutely disgusting service pies cold and sundaes melted. Apparently frappe and sundae sound the same? Overcharged too. Would give 0 stars if I could

Not sure the staff understand service. On two occasions during the visit I stood for several minutes completely ignored. There was no one else requiring help. I may be older, but I am a person. I certainly seemed to be interrupting the chatting cheerful staff. Can understand why the place was so empty at lunchtime! Food was normally average for Maccas!

This chick with platinum blond hair (lazy cow) gave my food to the wrong people instead of calling the order number and gave sas when I asked about it and said “yeah yeah”, then proceeded to not check or do anything about it we then had to ask another employee to enquire to where the food was to find out there had nothing that had been done to rectify the issue and had to apologise for her.

For 2 consecutive weeks we have received incomplete orders through delivery. The food was so bloody cold. Fries were half full. Buck up Port Adelaide Maccas. Would not recommend

Requested fresh food, no salt on fries & no ice in drink. Drink came with ice, fries were cold. Burgers cold. Went & complained. Was issued same cold food. Was disgusted & left. No customer service.

Macas is Macas and doesn't change much. Good service at this one. My biggest issue with Macas is it won't travel distance. I drive 8 k home after collecting lunch, and it was just warm. It's not nice when it is just warm.

Don't go here after 12am Friday , Saturday and any other night as different work force no frozen drinks and very slow allways exscusses for not having whats being advertised and whats being ordered would have to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been too and its close !

This is the second time ordered family dinner box through drive thru yet there is burger's missing, coke just taste like water fill up to halfway when its supposed to be a large drinks. Terrible this will be the last time ever buying maccas from this place.

They gave me my food outside of wrapping covered in oil so i return it and she says yes cos you ordered it fresh! Umm what. The oil must of leaked out of the bag. What?? Lost for words the oil leaked out in my car so whos going to clean that. So i called them she said why didnt you say something when your here. Because its 5 am and dark. I took photos and will not let this go

Unfortunately, my electric scooter got ran over by the 254X. Went into the store to get a mcflurry to make me feel better and the lady who served me made my day, thank you to the girl working at 5pm! Would've killed myself without her making the most delicious Oreo Mcflurry!

Didn’t fill drinks up all the way. Forgot hash brown that was ordered. Messed up cheese burger with a chicken burger.

Not heaps good service all the time, but sometimes they can be ok, some of the time they mess up the order and can be rood about fixing it or refunds sometimes plus the icecream machine alnost never works even in winter which makes no sense and we have to visit a few McDonald's restaurants until we find one that has an icecream machine that works because my son likes to have a drink or desert and can not if the machine is broken

Ordered 3 frappes and received 1 at the window and then was told to wait for the other 2, had a 15 minute wait time and they brought me 3 new frappes which I thought was to make up for the time I was delayed but they then asked did I receive 1 already so they didn't just gave me two which was lousy ethics in my opinion. You have already made 3 new ones so and the third can't be sold or served to another customer so you should keep your current customer happy with the free frappe..

Very dry and crispy double sausage n egg muffin meal. This makes it 4 times in the last 6 weeks. I think the procedure’s are not being followed and standards have slipped.
