I was driving past and saw it and decided to give them a go. I am so happy with the outcome and I am very fussy with that sort of stuff with my car. It was spotless inside and out, very thorough. Definitely will be going back. The only thing that was slightly annoying was they move my passenger seat forward and didn't put it back my heads up display wasn't back where it was and was about to fall and my phone holder was under my seat. But nothing I couldn't fix easily. That's why I took a star away. I've paid over $150 once at another company and they did nowhere as good of a job as what Pitstop Hand Carwash did. For so much cheaper and less time. 😊😊

Have been getting my car washed here for several years now. All hand washed, no short cuts or scratching from automatic machines. Always prompt and efficient service. The store has a range of food and beverage options including bakery goods. And the guys know how to make a good coffee.

Still the best place to get Coffee that is hot and a wide range of foods is too Big to choose ina hurry and plenty of drinks as well as fuel

Turned up and asked for a $44 wash. Car is quite dirty so they said it needed a full detail $169. I said I didn't understand why the price quadrupled because it's dirty, just spend double the time on it and charge me double the price, I don't need a full detail so it looks brand new. They couldn't find a way to come up with what I need. I finally said do the detail, they wanted to have the car for 5 hours. I said I only have 4 hours, so just do what you can do in 4 and that's fine. Nope, they needed it 5. Completely inflexible and wouldn't adjust to customers needs despite me being happy to pay for it and accept a lower service.

Just let you know, detailing and express are very different, there were few hairs on the seat, they can't clean that because I chose 'express manager's special'.

Got the manager's special after a road trip. The end result was just ok. There were still a few remnants of bugs on the windscreen and chrome work, some water streaks/spots here and there, and the interior still had some spots here and there that I could wipe off quickly enough after the wash. From a distance it looked great, but the details up close were lacking. For a $60 handwash, I expect more, which I think you could easily deliver with a close final inspection and just a little more attention to detail. Oh, and that fragrance that you guys use is just awful.

Have taken both our SUVs to Pitstop recently (one with leather seats, one with upholstery). It was the same man doing it both times and we’ve been really happy both times. Friendly, fast service and really reasonable pricing considering they do such a good job. Highly recommend.

We took our med SUV to wash and we had $74 deal. Went there to pick car, as soon as I get in noticed one of the front wheel was looking different from the rest and found out they have not wash or clean .... they mentioned it is rust came home and wiped it was all gone !!! and also, when I sweep my finger dust was running in my hands. Worst carwash service ever, waste of time and money 😒

Took our car (compact SUV) here this morning. We had vacuumed it prior to remove all the pet hair. It wasn't exceptionally dirty, but the outside was a bit dusty. Paid $64 and very disappointed with the result. Despite friendly staff, the quality of work was poor. The very small amount of pet hair still remains, the inside wasn't wiped properly, fingerprints left on windows and smudges externally. Definitely would not recommend, definitely would not return.

Took a small furniture truck here before returning it in a rush, ask for a basic wash and vacuum which was no more than 15 minutes. Charged $100 wow! can't believe how bigger scammers they were and it was still dirty. Not recommended unless you want to be ripped blind. Hope your business crashes you rip offs.
