Good service and friendly staff. Has a thorough list of allergens and information on what is in the ice cream, as well as low sugar versions of vanilla and strawberry which is great if you don't want the kids to go crazy or go to bed. Not a lot of seating so probably best as take away on busier days!

Delicious gelato today at the Norwood store. Care taken with the wiping of the cups to make sure they weren't sticky before they were handed to me. Generous servings. The coconut and raspberry was refreshing.

The staff asked us to download the application to get the free ice cream on birthday. After we showed our membership and our passport id date, the staff said the system could not recognize our information, and l showed them the account information, they refused directly and rudely, just asked us have to pay for it. It’s a bad birthday from their service and the dragon fruit ice cream is too sweet, l prefer to wait one hour to have Yo-chi.

Come to the store at night to choose ice cream. The selection is very varied and to my surprise, I can even choose hot beverage at midnight. Satisfied experience

I had a terrible experience. I ordered a thick shake with 3 scoops of ice cream - it came out as runny as water and tasting like plain milk. When asking the workers they said “they can’t do anything about it once it’s been handed out”, we then asked for a refund and was told “it’s too bad” and was turned away. Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. So many other places on the parade, lesson learned.

Gluten free gelato cake made by Bella. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, and the cake itself was soooo yummy, and beautifully decorated! Would definitely recommend for a summer time birthday celebration! 🎂
