2 large ovals and the old trotting track give plenty of room for dog walkers. Water bucket western side of club rooms, no public toilets and car parks at each end. It's a pity the toilets are only open when sport is playing. This is a great place to let your dog have a run, space and secure fencing. Kit always enjoys himself and so do I.

The oval area is well looked after. The track surrounding the oval is made of flattened gravel and does its job well. From a running perspective it is a little bit uneven but overall quite good.

Outstanding Service

When the Marion Markets are at the Sturt Oval,my 2 Mini Schnauzers get excited in my Dad's wagon. Its a very dog friendly place but there is no doggie waste bags around the oval. The council is a bit lazy putting these bags on the outside edge of oval. I always take my own doggie waste bags with me. There is also very few rubbish bins on the outside of oval. Who is the manager of the Sturt Oval? Please put these items on your to do list for dog owners/handlers to use. It would be much appreciated by us dog owners. Thank you.
