I often like to treat fellow forever new shopaholics and perform my little solo cat walk fashion show montage while "that don't impress me much" by Shania Twain plays in my head, and I mouth the words for the onlookers. I can tell everybody loves my unscheduled appearances at forever new by the way they stare at me, they don't know what just hit'em! Nothing empowers me, a 36 year old man, more than the brief kiss you receive afterwards from The hottest person in the store waiting for you in the change rooms.... The mirror!!

We looked around Westfield Marion for hours for a business attire (a white blouse) for my wife. Forever new was the only place that had something for under $80. We will be coming here first from now on

The charity shop is too small for this kind of business. I have donated some of ny do's winter & summer tops. Very popular indeed but never asked again if I had any more at home. If I did,I'd rather sell them privately because they are more expensive to buy at a Pet suppiers.

Well laid out and inviting store. Bit on the higher side for price on the high street but that is reflected in the quality of the clothing. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Larger purchases come with a garment bag to help keep them like new and travel them safely.

The lovely young girl was so helpful. She ordered my shoes online for me and saved me the shipping cost. Lovely service at Marion Westfield.

I visited the Marion store on Thursday 10/11 - all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was having a pretty rough day and they made me feel so comfortable and were so accomodating!

I came to Forever New at Marion to try on some sequin dresses, not expecting much as I dislike clothes shopping. It was in December last year but I was asked what I needed by the store manager (I think?), and she accomodated for me instantly, gave me a couple options, dress sizes, shoes and a stall and made sure I was happy with the dress. I found the most comfortable dress I have ever bought in my life, and in under 10 minutes which is a record! Great service, friendly and lovely staff. When I need a fancy dress again I will know where to go. Thankyou heaps!

Hi I visited your marion store today and was served by Jules! Can I just say, she was so helpful.... she sorted out my click and collect and was kind enough to try and find the dress I was looking for at other stores, calling customer service to help with my online purpose. She is a very valuable staff member and an asset to your store 😁
