    These guys do a top notch job. A solid store that takes care of you deliveries as best they know how. And they haven't skipped a beat with us and our high volume of daily shipments passing through the store. Happy, pleasant staff, whether it's a one of query or bucket loads of parcels. Keep up the great work people!!!

    Well i am not overly impressed! I was told to come in today from yesterday to recieve my parcel and as i am using uber today it is going to cost a bit of extra $ in travelling expenses and dont want to wait all day for the post. So when i asked if my parcel had arrived via telephone i was told that i need to call customer care. All i wanted the guy behind the counter to do was check to see if my parcel had arrived about 3 footsteps away from the phone if that. I recieved no contact whatsoever to say my parcel had arrived. The guy over the phone sounded rude, irritated, impatient, and he sounded angry and tired as he told me yesterday it would be ready 11.00am afterwards i have a disability and he cant speak english well. However since it is such an inconvienance to walk 3 footsteps from the phone to the parcels whatever i will collect my parcel and do my best to ensure i dont go here ever again. I am very sorry i interrupted him and gave hin a small job to do which is infact oh wait! His job.

    What a chaotic place. Poor customer service. I had to pick up a parcel from there and decided to buy a couple of metro cards. There seemed to be some confusion as to what to do but eventually it happened. I asked for $30 on each but only $20 was loaded? I then thought I’d check my lotto tickets. That couldn’t be done at the main counter I had to go to the window outside the shop. I asked why they couldn’t walk the across the counter to check them for me? Unless I am forced to pick up a parcel again, I would avoid this establishment

    Been multiple times to this location and never know what sort of customer service I’ll be receiving. Most cases the workers are incredibly rude and not wanting to help. Picking up parcels is always a mission with them trying to find my package. Wait times can be long with serving lotto customers and people collecting/posting parcels. After reading the reviews I think the owner needs to either invest time in training their employees with better customer service or hire new employees.

    Worst customer service. I've been there twice and the experience is horrendous. The first experience was the guy was looking for my parcel for 30mins and I had to call post office customer service. I have been telling him that as per app the parcel is with them but he won't believe the app, just because he can't find the parcel. The second time the guy keep slamming my parcel because I didn't tape my parcel. I told them most post office are happy to tape it but he still keep slamming the parcels.

    Person who served me was extremely helpful and got me the best price on posting internationally. Really appreciate this extra care and customer service. Means my nieces and nephew get to enjoy the items i brought for them instead of waiting until I next visit.

    Extremely poor customer service. I had to post a parcel and when requested for help I was misguided. I had to walk away to another post office. Really frustrating.

    Worst experience ever. I rang ahead to ask about printing a postage label which was told bluntly to email through (no other instructions). I took my time to email postage label through before I came then arrived at the post office to ask about my email in which I was told to get my email out. (He should have told me this on the phone as I don’t have emails set up on my phone atm hence my calling ahead) then he was basically yelling at me saying “oh is that my job to tell you is it” which I said “yes it is actually”. He continued speaking to me in a raised voice so I walked out. Absoultely disgusting customer service. This guy should not be working with the public.
