Very rude staff member I was changing in the change rooms while a staff member helped me pick my outfits out then I heard one of the staff members gossiping while i was changing. A staff member was saying to another stuff member gossip about me and being very unprofessional made me so uncomfortable and not wanting to buy anything after what just happened. whatever u do don’t come here if u want to be made fun of or criticised or discriminated by the as staff member.

I took my daughter here today and prepped myself for another tear soaked, anxiety stress out. I watched an absolute transformation. Alisha knew the under garment sizes needed by looking at my daughter (a keen eye of experience) and expertly helped choices. We left with the most amazing undergarment wardrobe (ladies ! trust Alisha and get these foundation items) and my daughter actually loving her body .. not the dress, but her actual body. First time ever and she’s 33 years old. This store also has beautiful clothes .. not the daggy mis-shaped sacks you’ve come to expect at plus size stores.

The best in store shopping experience i have had. The store is clean and bright, the dressing rooms are fabulous clean, spacious and welcoming. Hannah was awesome i was looking for a cocktail dress for a wedding. Hannah was so helpful and HONEST about how an outfit looked this is exactly the kind of service we are looking for. Keep up the Great work i will definitely be back and reccomend this store to all my friends..xx

Had great service from the Elizabeth store. Went in to get a pair of jeans. Walked out with 2 pairs, 6 shirts and a dress. Thanks Alisha, Vanessa and Leah. You girls did not let me down, I feel special in my outfits. Thank you. Love your honesty, and helping other customers at the same time. Shop is also presented well and very clean.

I bought a beautiful dress and pair of pants today. The change area was so nice and comfortable, even for those waiting for others who were changing. There was a lovely lady working in there, she offered styling advice and would help out by running off ro get different sizes for everyone in the changing rooms. The sales items were clearly ladled and separated from the rest of the store making it easier to shop on a budget. All of the other staff were so sweet and happy to help. I really like this particular store and will be going back again.

I had a fabulous customer experience with the lovely Amanda and Ness. I was in need of an interview outfit and both ladies had my sorted with an incredibly polished and smart outfit that fits me perfectly. They also provided me with a real confidence boost and I left the store with my new goodies and a big smile on my face. 5 star customer service does go a long way. I'll be back.

My least favourite thing to do is clothes shopping. I told Alisha basically what I was looking for and she did an amazing job helping me find something I would be comfortable in. I got a new years eve outfit that I'm excited to wear and even helped me getting a pair of shoes to go with it. Alisha definitely made my experience enjoyable and even went to the extent of pressing my outfit so was peperfect to wear for tonight.

Such lovely staff - so attentive and helpful! Really helped me to choose well and get me into the right sizes. Plus a lot of items on sale made me happy!

Went to city chic Elizabeth to get a dress for a wedding my fitter was Alicia she’s amazing, helpful and very supportive. As a person that’s not confident in my body I felt she wasn’t a person to judge. Thankyou Alicia
