I am absolutely disgusted in the way one of your staff treated my daughter. We are regulars in your Eliz branch and my daughter had her nails done recently but had to return today as they were chipping. There is a sign on display stating no refunds but fixes within a week. If Duyen thinks it’s ok to slam things down etc whilst in front of a customer then I think she might need some retraining in people management. Congratulations you succeeded in making my daughter feel very uncomfortable! I also didn’t appreciate they way you told her to ‘just go’ ! How rude!

I just got my nails done with acrylic I don’t get my nails done and so first time I got pink with a small silver heart on the end of one finger it looks like one week worth of growth and one nail is in pain one thumb looks like just naw I’ll show photos

The staff were very professional. I had damaged nails from another salon and they were taken off and replaced with care. Reasonable pricing and I am very happy. I will be back.

Absolutely disgusted😫. Used to go there several years ago they were so good,was in area decided to get SNS refills😫. Not only was she rude🤬, and rough as anything 1 small cut on cuticle and hot nails several times 😡. I picked a very pale pink colour she gave me something reminiscent of a Barbie extra🤬, when I told her wrong colour she shrugged 😡and said it's a pretty colour and kept going 😡😡😡 not what I wanted at all, and I didn't have time to redo . Never will I go back there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Will never be going here again. The job was so rushed and so many mistakes were made. The tips were not cut to equal lengths between hands, they were not cut straight and after applying acrylic I asked for them to be straightened 3 times. The prep was way too rushed, I’m sure these nails will pop off in no time. I have acrylic all over my surrounding skin. She cut my cuticles with the dremel and let them bleed, didn’t try to cover it or fix it. Twice she lost control of the dremel and had to jolt away from me to avoid hurting me with it. The acrylic application is uneven, super thick in some places. The nail art is so subpar. It’s not straight/even, the polish is bubbly, there was no care or time taken to complete it.

Duyen did my nails and she did an amazing job. She payed attention to detail and my nails turned out lovely!

Never had an issue here, the girls are always so lovely and make sure I’m happy before continuing! Will continue to only use Q-Tee in Elizabeth as they always take care of me and my nails ❤️‍🔥

Didn’t get what we asked for and even though we understood they couldn’t refund we ask if they could at least fix it and they wouldn’t as there is a sign says no refund but will fix within 1week only. And was such a rushed job will not recommend to anyone to go here also cut and burnt fingers

I have been going here for the past few months, and have had such great service, always made sure I left with a set of nails I love! VY (I think her name was) done an incredible job with my nails! 💖

My partner took our 2 daughters here to get there nails done, the younger one we asked for them just to be painted, they did them, rushed job very average. When she went to pay it was $40, she said that's not worth $40 because they were rushed, only to be told that her nails were too short to be painted. Would have thought the business would have mentioned that before doing them. And then, seriously, $40 to pain a 9 years olds nails. Do not go here.

I wouldnt even give this place a one star staff were rude and rough fingers were painful straight after having them done And this finger inpaticuar has gotten infected and is incredibly painful
