Always enjoy a sushi train visit and this one is perfectly fine. I like their hot food options rather than take it off the belt (karaage chicken, Udon curry, chicken balls). Losing a star as I ordered gyozas from the hot food menu so that they were cooked fresh but they gave me them from the conveyor belt and they were cold. UPDATE: Long wait for a table on a Friday night

Great variety of food options. Reasonable prices comparatively. Always a bit of a wait to be seated, even out of peak hours. however this seems normal for most sushi trains. If you order from the menu rather than take from the conveyor belt it can be quite slow.

Did the ordering to table via the QR code, my partner's food came out incorrect. One of mine just never came out, katsu bowl ordered was burnt and black. And also got a California roll that came with little to no crab in it. I used to love the katsu bowl but everything has slowly gone down hill over this year. I wouldn't be going back

Much better quality than the other sushi trains 🚂 🍣 🍺……The staff were really nice. The sashimi was very good quality and the spicy chicken was great.

Not bad sushi train. Most of the dishes from the train were fresh and nice, except for the gyoza which must have been sitting around for awhile because they did not taste good. They also don’t put ginger and wasabi in bowls on the train for you to help yourself, so if you want more, you have to ask the staff. The staff are friendly, and there is plenty of free 2 hour parking behind the complex.

Not sure if any other Japanese restaurants serve half a katsu chicken around here? Apparently they measure by weight and since it’s thesame price as the katsu chicken bowl, they justified it by halving the chicken so you can have the curry 😅 the logic doesn’t work. Just price it more if that’s the case. Their photo on the menu is a full serve of chicken. So that’s also false marketing. Inflation has hit hard!!

The man at cashier was very rule, our family arrived at approx. 8PM which was not the busy time at all. But we were left at reception until approx. 5 minutes later. Nobody apologized for that. We had much much better experience at other Sushi trains. Not surprised of the fact the owner responded as I did see other customer had left negative comment and was responded as Uber driver. BTW, I got the receipt for the meal we had the other day.

Sushi with heaps of wasabi. 🤮 The staff told me it won’t be spicy because it is fresh wasabi. The heck? Did I ask for the wasabi? Don’t assume I can eat that much of wasabi. Never happening before

I just can’t get over the plastic waste. The staff are nice, the food is good. But those single-use plastic lids just keep rolling out. We checked in and staff said they’re not being recycled either because the Metro centre isn’t supplying recycle bins. I get it, but also that’s a pretty easy solve if there was a will. In this age businesses have to be doing better than this. I can’t support a train of plastic waste so won’t be back until it’s improved. Ideally reusable lids rather than single use.
