Went in the shop today for a look. Lovely lady behind the counter noticed I was struggling carrying groceries and offered me a carry bag. Great to see fantastic customer service for once. Both staff couldn't be more helpful. Well done ladies. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely love all the girls in this store.They are always super friendly and as a local I feel very welcome and can have great chats with them every time.Not only that they already know what I want before I even ask! Sick of this store closing before advertised time... I time it to leave work and get there 10 ton15 mins before closing and already locked up and gone 15 mins early. So out of my way I have to go again. Next time I will just go elsewhere in the first place. Happened too many times.. Don't rely on them being open when they say they are. ( very often LATE opening too)

I love my local Smokemart at Springbank Plaza especially the girls working the shop. Kerry and Savvy would have to be 2 of the best staff I've ever come across. They are friendly, courteous and so down to earth that it's because of these 2 people iI will keep coming back.

Such a weird thing to do, review a cigarette shop. However I was taken back by the service of Savvy/Savi/Savy (apologies if I spelt wrong). Such a lovely person who remembered my order and brand from one previous shop.
