Absolutely butchered my hair I will never be going back here! Hairdresser had absolutely no idea of how she was cutting hair even after telling her precisely, then having to show her a photo. Told her not to touch the length on top, so what does she do? Goes through with what she thought were thinning scissors, only to chop off the entire front of my fringe. Extremely inexperienced, it’s been 3 days now and I still look in the mirror at the botched job I now have to go elsewhere to get fixed. Manager then says he’ll give me a discounted price only to charge me $30 bucks anyways - definitely should have been free. Advises the next time I go back that he’ll cut my hair personally, ehrm mate there won’t be a next time!! 🤬👎

For me, visiting a hairdresser is on par with a dental appointment; let's make this a positively, painless experience and catch up again when need be. It was refreshing to walk into an Adelaide hair salon and be able to be seen immediately. As I am part Asian, I thought it time that I saw someone who had a better knowledge of how my hair grows and sits, as the last haircut I received was hat-worthy from a hairdresser who shockingly admitted during my cut that she doesn't have experience cutting Asian mens hair. So it was awesome that I stumbled upon Basha Hair Salon as afterwards I received compliments on my haircut from family, friends, and co-workers. Will be returning there soon.

She is not professional at all. The hair length was quite different on both sides. The way she was cutting hair is like she never got professional training. I feel I could do a better job. Will never come here again.

I've been here several times now and have always been pleased with the services and results. The stylists here are also very friendly and thoughtful. I've searched long and hard for a good stylist and finally found one.

Be careful this shop. Very dishonest business; women haircut from $30.00 on the board but they charged me $48.00 for a woman haircut; they charge you different prices so be careful not cheap. The lady spent about 7-10 minutes (including drying my hair after she applied some water on my back hair) to cut the dried part of my Back hair (was about my thump finger). I asked them as to why they charged me $48.00; they said that it depends on the length of your hair and the difficulty. God, I had an extremely easy haircut, she only cut the back of my hair and a tiny bit in the front; the length of cutting was about our thump finger. The quality? 🤷🏻‍♀️ my hair is only a bit shorter than before. I didn’t want to pay so they discounted to $43.00. I had to pay $43.00 for that super easy haircut. So women please be careful this shop.

Professional hairdressers and therapist! Got drinks, coffee and chocolates for customer service 😍 kids got very happy. Kind and easy going staff who provide pleasant haircut and style every time! Reasonable price as well!
