Unfortunately not a nice caravan park to stay in...no non powered sites so had to pay for power we didn't need. Amenities are very old, maybe 70's, many new cabins going in so it feels like money is the only thing on the owners mind, not the comfort of customers...for us $35 was a steep price to pay when we've stayed in MUCH cheaper places which felt so much more comfortable.

Good quiet park that we have stayed at a few times now. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful park , lined with large trees and filled with bird life . Pet friendly, with plenty of space to walk your dog in , playground for the little ones and a pool to cool off on those hot days !!! I like the serenity of being a short distance from all your shopping needs and not being in the middle of town . Clean and quiet !!

Good stopover location, clean amenities, although it is a bit odd having CCTV in the bathrooms . Management is very helpful. Permanent locals are generally very approachable

I stayed here a few years ago, and I never really had any problems. It was just me & my dog, and It was pet friendly, which is really important for me. The location isn't perfect, but the Kudla Train Station is just down the road (easy walking distance), and both Gawler and Munno Para are just an easy 5 minute drive down the road. So it's really not that bad.

Lovely park, clean park but and this is a big but, the fact they have a CCTV camera in the toilets/showers hanging above the door is not a good feeling.. You can see cameras thru out the park which is ok but…. Bathrooms I feel this is a major privacy concern. The world we live in today your not allowed to take photos of children etc without permission and the park is filming them in the most private place of all. Not sure this is legal in NSW as I know it’s not in VIC. Should be warned upon checking in as I would of not stayed there…. Cameras are in both the mens and woman’s but mens had a clear view of the urinal.. Not good… Would love to hear from the park on how they justify this and prove to me it is legal….

Had a powered site. Facilities very clean and nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stay here regularly and have enjoyed every stay there.

Just stopped by visiting a relative. The park has a lot to offer families. It's clean, well maintained and pretty full at this time of the year.

I'm sitting here getting angrier and angrier. Came here 2 weeks ago in one of these octagonal cabins. Was nice and clean and no problems. Today after coming for a hospital procedure thought we would stay again. Got here in 44 degree heat wanting to have a rest. No aircon on so after half an hour my head couldn't handle being in here. With apologies from staff member had to get out and sit in macdonalds for hour and a half. Now with it so hot outside you just want to stay inside and now the tv reception is terrible. No 7 or 10 and others with annoying 9 screeching on and off I'm really getting mad. Sorry guys I thought you were going to be my go to place out this way but unfortunately I should have paid the $20 extra elsewhere sadly 🥺

My second stay here, very reasonable pricing. Admin staff are great and so nice. The groundsman Paul was very helpful, especially with advice that I needed, and he has done an amazing reno to the pool area, it looks fantastic and so much more welcoming. Met some lovely permanents, who helped me with transport, looked after me and shared fun times. Very clean park and great variety of groceries etc in the office. Will definitely go back.

Wonderful and big caravan park, lots of powered sites, cabins and unpowered sites, nice big amenities block and very clean, dog friendly and friendly staff. About 5min drive to shopping centre. Good price as well.

Home sweet home, great park, excellent staff, family friendly and so welcoming and helpful. My wife and daughter have loved every moment here. Don't ever want to leave. Everyone is friendly and easy going. Really is one of the best tourist parks in Adelaide. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Dirty toilets washing machine not working properly had put more money in to get them to spin then the dryer didnt tumble around just blew hot air had to take them out and put into a new dryer waste of money if your going have these things mske sure there working

I did not stay there but delivered a man there who lives there after having an operation. Staff were helpful to find a suitable solution for the man.

Great park with a relaxed atmosphere. Lots of trees and a nice size swimming pool.

A great place to stay. Central to shopping hub, great hotels for lunch and dinner nearby and the railway station is a few hundred metres away to Adelaide city; and the tram to Glenelg. Or go east to the Barossa Valley! Brilliant and helpful host!

We stayed in a cabin (not usual for us, normally use a powered site). The cabin was fully equipped with towels, sheets, and even soaps and shampoo. (We thought only motels supplied shampoo etc.) The kitchen had all the usuals. The cabin (Blue Wren) is large, 2 separate bedrooms, and was very clean. Only downside was the badly damaged venetian blinds which let the sun through - definitely no sleeping in!

Wasn't a bad place to call home for 16mnth,s was a bit dated in some areas but service from Kelly & staff was always exceptional!

I have used Gawler Gateway several times for large group accommodation and have enjoyed wonderful service each time. Most recently in October I used Gawler Gateway to accommodate 66 people in the Gateway Lodge and Gateway Quarters. The staff at the Gateway Lodge were really friendly, helpful, and flexible, and organising large group bookings with them has been a breeze. Highly recommended!
