Amazing new adventure playground with so many activities for the kids! Flying foxes, slides, swings, climbing structures and a nice lawned area. Heaps of parking, public toilets and multiple BBQ areas make this a great place for the family. If you're worried about your children experiencing a real-world environment with rocks and things to climb on, then stick to the padded indoor play cafes.

Will be an awesome family friendly national park once it's completed. Excited to see how it will look when done

Amazing Playspace for the whole family! ✨ So many climbing experiences for kids to explore. The tracks around are great for kids bikes and mtbs. The water hole is lovely, we even saw a baby turtle! Highly recommended Signature coffee truck! 🙏

This new national park is essentially under construction. They are aiming to make it family friendly and accessible to more people, but it's not there yet. Many paths were blocked off, or as during my visit, complete mud baths! Spare shoes and an old towel are recommended for clean up before you head home, especially when visiting in the winter months. I'm sure I will up rate this experience if I go again in a year's time. Dogs on leads are welcome, but no bins in the car park, so you'll need to take your poo bags home.

Great for MTBiking! This place is definitely one of Adelaide's hidden gems. There is a spot where you can see all of Adelaide. Magnificent views! Multiple options for which tracks to ride depending on how easy or hard you want it to be. The new section is looking great! Love the unique looking playground. Great for walking.

It doesn't matter to your fitness. There is something for everyone. Well done to those involved in design and work. (BTW Try a little harder training the animals to use the toilets lol)

Excellent facilities. Best playground around ... the kids loved the flying foxes. And also they loved the slides.

Great looking playground but I feel several safety features have been overlooked. The slides are quite violent and due to being made from stainless steel you fly right out of the end onto the ground. One of the slides also includes a bend that several children hit their heads on. Recommend for kids 5+ at a minimum

This is a great park. My son has been on a number of walks with scouts and the new playground is an absolute hit! Might be a tad hot in summer though, not much shade... I love all the different creek crossings. There's great bbq areas and sensor lights at night. It's great that you can bring dogs in. I'm looking forward to doing the bird walk.

It used to be a farm and part of it a military place, but now is being turned into a national park and a lot of work is being done there by ranger and contractors to create a joyful place for families where their kids can play in a sustainable playground that is being built from mostly natural materials. It is not open to public yet

Terrific national park in southern Adelaide. Adventure playground is open as of Aug 2023. Plenty of parking, no EV charging though. Lots of walking trails opening up

Great playground for kids and toddlers. Plenty of parking and has BBQ and restrooms. It's dog friendly and good for walking and biking.

Kids loved the playground. Was great to see so many people there as it was a beautiful day. Only issue the toilets need servicing as one man commented there were no toilet rolls. Still would recommend taking the kids.

This is about a newly built playground: Play play and play, My daughter loves playing here. Ample parking and various rides. There were more than 50 kids and all were busy. Few sitting arrangements for parents as well.

A new national park, that has the bonus of being dog friendly. As it is still a work in progress, bear in mind there are currently no toilet facilities. Walking trails are also limited. Keep to the path, and don't go crashing through the new plantings (or let your kids or dogs do this). Can't wait until the adventure playground and older buildings are available to explore!

Great family spot. The park is great for kids... and the walking trails are a beautiful spot to walk the dog. Just mind the flies, and the parking can be difficult on weekends.

Not friendly for children with additional needs or not developmentally ready for a lot of climbing. Rocks everywhere for children to fall and bang their heads and not friendly for babies, no baby swings available or SHADE in play areas so even on a nice day it's VERY HOT. Not very well thought out playground. Dissapointing really because 2 of my children didn't enjoy as play areas are too tricky and built for older children.

Best bike riding spot. Close to city.

Great place for mountain biking. Plenty of green and blue tracks with technical features. Be wary of slippery rocks in rainy days (esp Fifty Shades of Clay path), any tyre can slip easily.

A circular route of about 1hr walk. A reasonable yomp, some nice scenery.
