Yesterday I ordered a burger at HJ West Terrace and that's how I received it. Completely disrespectful. Although I have paid for delivery, I had to go to the store to get my order properly, and even though I had to wait almost 40 minutes to have it, I got a very poorly done hamburger. Extremelly disrespectful and it cost me more than 50 dollar which to me, at least, is not a few amount of money!

I travelled from the other side of the world for this dining experience and I wouldn’t write home about it. At least it was kind of cheap

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and in the bag there was 23 live rats and 8 dead ones instead of my whopper that I ordered.I would like a refund even though the rats tasted delicious don’t worry everybody I only ate the dead ones they tasted better deep fried. Maybe you could add rats to your menu since every-time I order I find at least 10 rats in the bag

I ordered the biscoff storm which doesn’t have chocolate syrup as shown in the advertisement and very few crumbs of the lotus biscuits. Not happy with the quality of it.

18 minutes inline for drive through order. There was 3 cars infront of us after we ordered and had to wait 18 minutes to get a burger . Inside the kitchen looks filthy , old and run down s well

Was the last time for us as we are now on a health kick. Was very satisfied with our last fast food meal. 10/10

Went to Hungry Jacks for a quick pit stop. This branch has a small place but I found the coffee to be nice. Better than the other fast food places in my opinion. Not the cleanest place, particularly I visited in the morning so I would have thought the place would still be clean but it was not. Their toilet area was clean though, so that was nice.

Always friendly and helpful staff, great service. Better than average standard for preparation of food, despite going there only early in the morning after work. Basically just a drive in apart from a couple of chairs.

Such a shame, had cravings for ice cream and the customer service was lovely but the icecream when serve was terrible... So soaking and runny and tasted funny, shouldn't be serve to customer... Need to be replaced the ice cream machine, plus topping of the chocolate was done wrong, I had no choice but to go hungry and throw in the bin because it was that bad ..

Ordered two j.fried chicken burger and bun was totally burnt.and drive through windows needs really good cleaning

Gross drive through. The food is passed through a disgusting dirty window (see pics). If the drive through window, which is presented to the public, is that disgusting, I hate to think what the inside looks like.

Ordered a sausage muffin and this is what i received. Completely messed up how did they even get just bacon from that order when there is no bacon even on the original item

Toilets were absolutely disgusting and appeared to have not been cleaned in quote some time. Service was slow but polite and even though my daughter's burger was missing the top bun they were happy enough to fix the problem.

Just disgusting , drive through was dirty , order took way too long for two large meals and there was no other customers waiting. Meal ordered was wrong and tasted gross , the thick shake we ordered looked disgusting and seems like the machine has not been cleaned out in years. This is unacceptable and highly unhygienic shut this place down!

outstanding customer service from the lady at the counter (maram). handled my order well providing a great knowledge of the menu promoting more items for me. thank you maram!

After a 17 minute wait for my onion rings and chips the staff decided to put them in the fryer. A further 4 minutes later I finally got a refund from the rude staff. Would not recommend. Phone number on tax invoice is disconnected. Digital receipt only, as the self-serve terminals do not print. But the QR code to get my receipt only works with some phones and so had to have a friend with apple not android scan QR then send to me. No staff would serve me to order and when I tried to get refund the staff kept just looking at me and not coming to serve until I raised my voice about the issues.

Hungry Jacks is HJs. Whopper with fries lived up to being a better burger. And my bike parked inside near the door was not questioned. Good meal, and I had another whopper that week too 😉

Got my favourite Vegan burger along with vanilla ice cream 🍦. Same taste across whole Australia. Tried the chain in Brisbane as well

Very disappointed. Chips tasted as though they had been heated up. They were covered in salt. Inedible. Awful cheese burger. It was squashed and looked revolting. Milk shake was very good. All food I bought included another type of burger and chips were thrown out. $27 it cost me. Not happy.

Staff to busy socialising with each other than serving paying customers. Waited 8mins for "Fast Food" in an empty restaurant with no drive thru traffic. Didn't sit down to eat as cleanliness was below 3rd world standards. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 1994.

Took me forever to get 2 burgers at 3:40pm, definitely not in rush hour. Just less than 3 people in the store all the time. But the management or SOP is just so unbelievable that keep me waiting every single time. This time even more than half hour. Don't want to be this store any more. That is So Stupid.

Not open 24 hours, don't know why it says it is on Google. Went in at 11.20pm and they said the other guy in there was last customer. Even if it's not 24 hours 11.20pm is a weird time to close. Also had coffee from here the other morning and it was the worst coffee I've ever had (even for a fast food place). Tipped it out after a couple of sips and stirring it etc. If it wasn't for the convenient placement would not return.

posting this reivew for a friend. Today I was in a rush, so to be as effecient with my time as possible, I went to the self serve machine to check out the new biscof storms. Turns out they have refused to update the software, leading to my time being wasted and my stomach remaining emtpy.... for the time being at least... as i did SOMEHOW manage to end up ordering a meal for myself. (if you can even call it that without the desert section.) And now to make things even worse, a group of rambunctious teenagers have stormed the building and are obstructing my ablity to see the counter. This is without a doubt the longest i have been forced to spend ordering a supposed "fast"-food meal. -food review- the chips: Slightly dry, although the dryness leads to a crunchy and fluffy texture. At the moment im quite familiar with salt and these chips? I can indeed confirm they have got salt on them. as a matter of fact, this particular batch of chips seems to get saltier and drier the closer you get to the bottom of the bag. perhaps its my tounge that has become drier and saltier the more chips i consume? Coca cola: watered down a little, mostly due to the ice i presume. i dont know if they have really given much consideration to the concept of having a salty meal and then a sweet drink, its like drinking organge juice after brushing your teeth. However, in this case it will get a pass as it worked wonders. The burger: it seems the order of opperations is bun, patty, cheese, pickle, onion, tomato, and finally lettuce at the very top (i forgot to add there was in fact a bun at the very very top). Upon taking my first bite, it appers as though the lettuce has retreated into the sauce, which was also pushed further back into the sandwhich. Making my first bite incredibly underwhelming and dry. That being said, each bite subsecquently improved upon the last, just like the Beetles. however, much like the Beetles, i am indeed prepared to be dissapointed by my last bite. upon finishing my burger, I was unfortunately proven correct, as just like "let it be"(1970) by the Beetles, the last bite was unfortunaly just as dissapointing as their final album. Conclusion: as i rock back and forth in the centre of the hungry jacks car park, pitifully sipping my watered down coca cola, I feel nothing but a full belly and a lighter wallet. (which isnt to say i enjoyed my meal by any means, although it did undoubtedly take up space inside my body.) not to mention the immesuarable feeling of dread that comes with the inability to treat myself to a nice desert after a hearty meal. Being a regular customer but never happy with the service. It always take too long to get food,in average 15 mins and if I dont ask, they will forget my order. doesnt matter I order on the app in advance. Have no choice as I work around there other wise, never want to go there.

Didn’t get what I asked for and they made me feel like I was asking to much by changing my burger. Girl making the burger was so rude and yelling things out from behind the counter. Yells out she didn’t pay for it well I asked for it. I did ask for it haha. Then she threw a pan and almost got the girl What a shambles of a hungry jacks

Getting in drive thru is the biggest mistake one can do at this hungry jack. Its 3rd time it took 20+ min just to get one icecream. Can see staff they are just talking infront that’s all.

Love getting my vegan burger from them. Convenient as just next door to my work. Staff is very friendly and i asked them to make my burger quick as i was in rush n they got it ready in less than 4 minutes.

They're very consistent here. For decades this place has provided consistent quality, fast service. The drive through late at night is a great way to end the night after a long evening. Almost Took off one star because we had to wait a long time last time in the drive through last visit. Obviously it's fast food so you get what you pay for.

Poor service seemed was to hard to do custom order (didn't want onions) And still got onions

Service was so quick here. I only ordered a soft serve but it was so massive and filled with ice cream unlike any other one I have visited. Was so happy with this surprise haha. Very tidy and clean inside

Good for a quick bite. Order through the App, very fast service. Quiet, not many people eat in.

So it's a hungry jacks. The food is the same as every other, you already know if you're going to like it. The restaurant itself is different. It's tiny. About a dozen seats. I've seen bigger bus shelters. Tables hasn't been cleaned for at least 3 previous diners and none were in the time we were there. Toilets were very average, and the baby change was broken. The food, though ordered ahead through the app still took 20 minutes waiting despite it not being busy.

Coffee is ok.. foods not so great. Depends a lot on what time you're there. Still waiting on a properly made burger that isn't dripping and barely edible. If that changes I'll update here

First time I've eaten inside this restaurant. Normally I get drive thru. Never again. It was disgusting. So dirty. Staff not busy. Standing around. They need to go out from behind the counter and see how filthy the place is. And the toilet. OMG. Both my partner and I were unwell after the food. Needs reporting to dept of health.

I got food poisoning today after eating here. 6/12/22. I had 2 chicken royal burgers. I never had this kind of problem before.

I wouldn't even mind if you have to at least microwave the food got a large whopper meal, chips were stale and burger was super cold.

I paid extra for an Angus beef burger, which was so badly cooked and presented as to make me wonder why I would want to go there. I asked for it to be grilled a little longer than usual and was met by a blank, uncomprehending look. Serious ongoing problems at this location.

Excellent customer service by Manager Hugo & his team today . Discussed a drive through order of onion rings order that needed some attention. Request was handled very professionally and service delivered beyond expectation with some extra chips for the kids as freebies to cover the inconvenience . Excellent team work. One more reason I choose HJ west terrace over any other competitor 👍🏼Keep up the good work.

The food was actually really nice....it tasted good, was fresh and was presentable.....almost looked like a burger you see in the commercials. Staff were polite. Couldn't sit outside (door was locked)which was annoying so ended up sitting in the car. Overall, pretty good.

I ordered burger they asked me what size would you like we have small medium and large and I said large , when I get my burger it was so small and when I asked them is this the large burger the girl told me all of our burgers are the same size. If they are same size why do you asking then ? Such a shameful behaviour such a rude behaviour zero costumer service, I hope someone could learn this people how to respect costumers

It is very nice! All the female staff are friendly, nice and smiling. Rarely seen a make staff. They serve with proud. They never served me any dish with anything less in it as I have seen this happened to many stores and brands. Quick and responsible service. I wish royale chicken meal should come back to deal ✅

Onion rings was good. I ordered hot chocolate and made with syrup and too sweet for me. The burger is ok.

Fast service, friendly staff always go in my break highly recommend.

Very run down store don't have all frozen drink flavours sometimes not working sometime I go out of my way to Anzac highway store. West tce store needs to be rebuilt!

I ordered vegan whopper cheese meal but i got beef whopper meal which I can’t eat because i am vegetarian. While i was paying they told me to park in waiting bay because veggie patty takes time but after that i got beef whopper meal that’s very disappointing

Though it is not very spacious, I like their outdoor areas. Staffs are very friendly. Drive thru is also available.
