Viet
Hoa
has
been
the
closest
to
good
old
Mum's
home
cooking.
My
partner
and
I
have
been
to
most
Vietnamese
restaurants
around
the
area,
and
have
never
really
enjoyed
the
food.
Its
either
been
too
Westernized
or
poor
quality
in
ingredients.
Until
we
decided
to
finally
stop
in
Viet
Hoa,
and
we
were
blown
away.
Now
we
understand
why
they
always
have
crowd
of
customers
waiting
to
be
seated.
I
believe
with
a
small
menu,
they
are
able
to
keep
with
the
best
quality
ingredients
and
are
able
to
concentrate
on
what
they
make
best.
The
best
beef
noodle
soup
I've
ever
had,
the
soup
is
light
and
not
super
heavy
or
oily
like
I
find
most
other
restaurants.
The
best
pork
chops
too,
I
love
the
marinade
they
use
and
I'm
not
sure
how
they
cook
it
but
I
would
love
it
if
they
could
render
the
fattier
parts
of
the
chop.
To
help
our
Pho
and
Com
Tam
Biet
cravings,
we
always
go
to
Viet
Hoa.
Compliments
to
the
chefs
and
the
fantastic
staff.
