Our dear old cat Morris went to sleep for the last time today at Hawthorn Vet’s and all the staff were eminently respectful, professional and empathetic. Our family’s thanks for helping us through this most difficult of situations.

They are so accomodating, understanding and very well located. They looked after us through a tough time trying to balance surgery and on going care for both our dogs. Trying to treat and tackle each dogs situation and help us plan with empathy knowing we were in a tight financial situation.

Great team. Good facilities. I have been a long time client. My pets are well cared for here. And although some of the team have changed, still a wonderful team of people that care amazingly for animals.

Recently my little Kadie passed away and even though the morning she passed was unexpected and traumatic, the beautiful team at Hawthorn were there for me and my baby girl with so much compassion and care. They have been looking after Kadie for 15 years and treated her with the utmost respect and compassion when she was alive and even in her death.

Always friendly and understanding vets who provide a which quality of care. Bit of a frequent flyer in recent years due to en elderly dog, but the team always does their best to fit us in and provide the car my old dog needs with his many health issues.
