I recently purchased the Ultimate Holiday Pass at Kingpin Bowling in Norwood and it was an amazing experience! For just $52, I got 2 games of bowling, a $20 food and drink voucher, $20 arcade credit, and 200 prize tickets. It was the perfect way to take a during the school holidays with my teenage son. The atmosphere at Kingpin was lively and fun, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had a blast playing games and bowling for several hours. Overall, I highly recommend the Ultimate Holiday Pass at Kingpin Bowling Norwood for anyone looking to have a great time with friends or family. It's a definite A++ in fun!

A nicely presented modern feeling bowling alley. Other activities on site incouding laser skirmish, kareoke and arcade machines. Modern computers with statistics and fun facts to keep you entertained while also competitive. Qr codes available for table/alley service. Pays to book ahead near peak times as it's a rather snug space.

Noticed there was no sanitisation between the turnover of people. Also the equipment seemed in fairly poor condition, with multiple balls having large chunks missing. Not very much seating available for each lane (2 single chairs). No one loved sitting on the few extra small ottomans. Took quite a while for preordered food to come out. Some car parking available, however very narrow. Everyone in our group drove separately and all commented on how sketchy it was. The staff were friendly and the food was good though. Definitely not the best Kingpin I’ve been to. Overall it looks flashy and fun, and the entertainment concept is good (which is executed well at other locations), but the smaller details are off putting.

Awesome fun had by all! Great for the bowling but its the atmosphere with the bar, arcade games, pool & lounge areas that makes this place a great one stop shop!! 5 ⭐️

JAMES M WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ASSISTING WITH HELP IN THE GAMES ROOM USING CARD REFILL MACHINE AND GETTING BAGS FOR TOKENS AND CARDS WE WERE COLLECTING the set of 7 cards to get extra 2500 points which we did PLAYING THE WIZARD OF OZ CARD GAME. WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME AT BIRTHDAY PARTY AND TWO FURTHER PLAY Sessions WITH OUR 3 KIDS IN THE GAME ROOM. THIS MADE OUR EXPERIENCE EXTRA FUN WITH EXCELLENT HELP FROM STAFF. Thanks for a fun night!!!

Love the atmosphere and the staff are always both helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend Brandon (I think that was his name) enough. Always very friendly and was willing to help us out with anything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!!

Layla and Eliza made our Daughter’s 10th Birthday a very remarkable one. They were very helpful, patient and supportive. They did it so seamlessly and you could tell it was not a forced treatment. Myself and my partner came to this venue for a little date night. This venue is brilliant and really does cater to everyone. It has a decent selection of beers, wines and spirited and a basic but tasty selection of burgers, pizzas, wingz ect. Whilst you wait for your game to commence within the bowling alley you can head over to the arcade if you aren’t indulging in the tasty food at the bar. The arcade has allot of variety and killed a solid 30 minutes with ease for myself and my partner, we then headed over to our bowling alley and had a great time, I’m sure we will be back sometime as this venue is great.

Celebrated my husband's cousin in this place and definitely worth it. We are mix of teens, middle age, adults, elders. We all enjoyed it. It was fun, we played bowling and laser shooting. Heaps of other activities. The food was not bad as well. Food and activities probably around $75 per person. You can customize depends upon the number of people and activities you will choose.

My daughter had her 12th birthday party last weekend and everything was amazing!!! The host ( Montanna) was incredibly nice and fun to talk to, she made the experience 10x better, 5 stars

We’ve had an amazing time. The host Chelsea was amazing and so accommodating with us. This place has always been No.1 to spend time with friends and family. We came with our kids friends and they had a blast. 5 star always and forever. The arcade is just full of amazing games both for kids and adults.

Just want to say thanks, this was a great birthday party venue. We did the platinum option which took the hassle out of bringing a cake etc. Kids had a great time and all went so well. Relaxing for the Mums and Dads - we had a bit of a party too! Party hosts were terrific and so helpful - thank you Rosie and Maddie. Easy 5 stars.

Great experience here. I was served by a lovely young lady called Em, who made us two amazing cocktails for me and my wife. Great atmosphere and a fun night out for us!

My partner and I regularly come to play. It’s always a fun time and the cocktails are delicious. Once we have finished bowling we often play on the arcade games. Fun with friends or family too. If you’re having a birthday, definitely consider making your event here!

My son had his birthday party on a Friday morning in April. Our host Rosie, she was very helpful. Cause few more kids came to join us, she helped organise each child’s meal, and fitted their personal needs. Very helpful. We had a great time. Thank you Rosie ! And today kids went Kingpin Norwood again to play bowling. Paddy was very patient to explain which line, what time we had to finish and how we played. The ball stuck twice and Paddy was so nice to help us. And it was very clean in Kingpin. Food was good as well. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

We recently held our sons 11th birthday party at Norwood Kingpin, it was a great atmosphere and Rosie our Party Host was a delight. Will definitely go again.

Amazing place to have fun with family and friends. Food is a bit pricey but that's expected with these kinds of places. However, the serving size and amount of food was decent which made spending that kind of money on food reasonable. Also love the $20 credit at the arcades. It was quite fun. Bowling was also fun. Definitely will be coming back for maybe a bday celebration or another hang out with my mates.

We had a very good time and the staff was very friendly. If your going on Friday or Saturday night I highly suggest booking a time to bowl! Get there early to find a bowling ball if you don’t have your own

Just came into kingpin for a late lunch. Dee Dee was most helpful when ordering from the menu. Such professional service and a lovely happy greeting from someone ao young. She was a pleasure . Her customer service was a delight. What a great effort. Thank you Dee Dee.

Last Friday I attended m Grandaughters 15th birthday celebration at Kingpin. I give Kingpin 5 stars + for organising the best party. Nothing was overlooked and the young man in charge of our group was friendly, happy, efficient, totally attentive to not only the girls but also the adults. A perfect celebration with lots of fun, excellent food and I would highly recommend this venue for similar functions

Thank you Kingpin Norwood for a wonderful b'day party experience. We had a party booked for my son on Saturday 11th November 2023. We booked laser tag and arcade games. Unfortunately when we rocked up, laser tag was no longer an option. My son was super disappointed but the staff went above and beyond to make the day great for him and for us. We got a package upgrade, adult food and drinks all on the house, as well as additional arcade time and a game of bowling to replace laser tag. We were also given tickets to come back to use laser tag at another time. The manager was so fantastic. I would definitely recommend Kingpin Norwood and I will definitely have another party there again. The manager (sorry I didn't get his name and I usually would) has set the bar for customer service so high, we have never received or expected to receive such a high standard of customer service. Thank you again Kingpin, we will be back :)

Awesome place for a bit of bowling! Went here with a large group and we got a secluded 4 lane section to ourselves. The pins are held up by strings which changes the bowling style a bit, but definitely worked in our favour! Cost us $30 each for 2 games. Great selection of food and drinks! Would come again.

Had the best fun here in the school holidays! Great way to entertain and wear out 6x teenagers for a day. Online ordering for lunch was great too. Would highly recommend.

To be fair this is a reasonably good venue. Having both a laser tag and bowling alleys under one roof. The place is modern and has a good bar area. The food is of a reasonably standard and the staff are friendly if not a little overwhelmed and inexperienced. There's a reasonable sized arcade area with plenty to keep the children entertained. The bar area has all manner of sports on the big screens. The only let down is the inadequate parking space

We came as a family of four today (26/2/2022) for our daughters 15th birthday. My wife accidentally booked us for tomorrow rather than today, and we thought we would have to rearrange our plans, but Tee looked after as so well, made sure we were able to play our bowling and laser tag and sorted out our arcade games for us too. She is absolutely superb at serving customers and her happy and friendly demeanor really made our day. Thank you so much Tee for making Sophie’s birthday so special! We had a great time!

Great kiddies party today, our party host Eliza was wonderful as our party host, the place was clean, tidy and the staff were all too happy to help us with anything we asked. Party food was better than normal standard unhealthy options at kids party places- they offer hotdogs, sliders, vegan spring rolls. They were so helpful and organised- thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Came in for a mates birthday and couldn’t believe the vibe in the place! Great venue for young and old, it’s got something for everyone. The staff were incredible with their service and attention to detail. Will definitely be back!

I came to this place once last year on Valentine day, before the renovation. We paid $100 for 2 people and got to play 60 taps of arcade games, 4 game slots for either bowling or the laser game, and around $20 serve of food. We ended up having 2 spare game slots and had it saved for later. The food was meh but the games were hecking fun. But food isn't the main reason we came here for so not gonna comment about it. We came back after one year, with 2 game slots, intending to play 1 bowling and 1 laser, but sadly it laser wasn't available until 6pm so Kingpin offered us to get arcade credits instead. And so, we received 4 cards with 30 arcade taps each and 2 cards worth $20 to play games that can earn rewards. Yep, we didn't have to pay a cent, for like 3 hours of arcade game and a bowling, which was why I had to write this lengthy review to compliment the place. The staff attitude and working speed alone were good enough for me to write this honestly. Definitely coming back if I ever have the chance :)

Great Birthday party for my teenage daughter. Very welcoming atmosphere and not too loud. Good organised activities. Kids are happy, which means I am happy too. Five stars

The place looks great dose not feel like a normal bowling place, food is good. Their selections of arcade games are great and vr games to. Certainly be back again to try their cocktails and play more games.

Went for a work event the food was fantastic had a blast. But the company I work for paid for two games then the employee at Kingpin told us we only had one game so when we had packed up ready to leave she then came to us and told us we still had one game left realy annoyed us. may not go back because of this as we only played the one game

Holidaying from Adelaide! What a fun day! Arcade games were real fun. Bowling was good (I lost)! Love that you can load your photos as you play.. We opted for food (glad we did… DELICIOUS)! Customer Service was very good. Cocktails were Devine …. Good family fun!

We had my son’s 8th birthday party here with 10 guests. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make it a special event. All we had to do was turn up with the cake. We had a party host who entertained the kids for the 2 hours, made sure they all participated. The venue looks nice and clean and the table was decorated with balloons. Would definitely recommend for a party!

Great venue for a lot of fun with lots of arcade games too. Went for a work function that was a lot of fun. Only thing is expect to be shuffled out as soon as your allocated game time has finished for the next booking to be moved in. A little concerned by the non sanitising cleaning of shoes or balls between users?

The last time I visited this place, it was “AMF bowling Norwood”. It has been glammed up with “string pins”, a decent kitchen, and a decent bar. I Was sceptical about the “string pins”, but they were actually pretty good to bowl with, and less downtime than the traditional rack and stack. A bit sad they have less lanes than they used to (this is the only reason I give them 4 stars instead of five). Go! You will have a great time!
