Awful clinic, don't bother trying to call to confirm your appointment or make any enquiry over the phone for that matter, you will get transferred to an off site call centre that cannot offer you any assistance but to call back in 15 minutes and go through the same process again. reception staff incredibly undermanned, no problems with the doctors they are great but overall management at this clinic needs to make some changes. Has been like this since I can remember and isn't really good enough.

I first visited PMC last month for a mental health appointment with Dr. Jay Vidanage and everything went well. Doctor Vidanage listens well and addressed my issues swiftly and accordingly. I am now on better medication and feeling much better because of him. The reception staff were very friendly and tries their best even though they were very busy. I did have to wait a bit before I finally got to speak to the doctor but that is understandable considering there were plenty of patients and some appointments do go over the time alloted just like my appointment did since it was my first visit. Overall I have now visited this practice as a patient of doctor Vidanage twice now and I was never disappointed with the service of both the doctors and the staff. Their phones are usually busy so I suggest that you book online on easyvisit app if you can't reach them on the phone.

I brought my mother-in-law to see Assoc/Prof MD Moniruzzaman just because the doctor speaks Bengali. Unfortunately, the medical centre is completely unprofessional. I don’t know how their booking system works. The doctor called her at 5pm for an appointment which was supposed to be held at 2pm. A 3-hour delay is very disappointing! I never had such a long wait to see a doctor in any medical centres in Australia.

Don't waste your time going to this place, worst doctors i have seen in my entire life. They're very lazy and dismissive, an show no interest in your health problems. I went to see one doctor there about a problem i have and she didn't even want to do an examination. Now 6 months later i still have the same problem but it's much worse and I'm no closer to getting the surgery to fix it. Then there was another doctor that i had stuck with for 6 months to try an get issues fixed but he kept sending me to people that didn't have the capacity to diagnose or treat them. Then there's Dr Benchod that supposedly doesn't see new patients but does if you're Bharaati or Punjabi. (seems racist to me if you only want to see patients from your country of birth) The reception staff are rude, arrogant and very unprofessional. They will interrupt you while you're trying to explain something and then you end up having to repeat yourself anyway. (Recently i had a receptionist try and say that i had missed 2 appointments which just isn't true. If anything they were the appointments they had cancelled on me because the doctor didn't show up) And don't bother raising any issues with management. I have tried that but they either don't get back to you or they just say that they have no control over what the doctors do or don't do. Overall, this place is a very poor excuse for a medical centre and you should look elsewhere if you care about your health, because this place doesn't !!! [If you have experienced similar problems at this clinic i encourage you to lodge a complaint with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority( A.H.P.R.A)]

Very bad experience with Dr Radhika. She is very rude, doesn’t know how to talk with patient. Never going to visit her I went to Dr singh and Dr Rehman both were very good, decent , human. Both ready to listen our problems and entertain my all questions with empathy.

My appointment was 40 minutes ago (I’m still waiting). I politely asked how much longer it would be before seeing the doctor and I was asked if I were a new patient.. when I responded “no” she said abruptly, “it’s Dr ___ .. it’s an hour and a half wait - take a seat”. I am aware that wait times can be lengthy and that reception staff take the heat of disgruntled patients (I have experience in running GP practices) but this is why it is so important to have staff members who are empathetic and polite natured. They are your first point of contact for your patients and the back bone of your business. It’s a shame because in my experience the doctors are lovely here.

Avoid this place like your life depends on it! Thanks Dr Irving for ignoring the Extreme signs of child abuse for more than 20 years, thanks for not knowing what to do and directly lying to your patient which created the most extreme damage given the outcome of said lie and thanks Deb for letting me know you understand but don't know what to say or do either. You're no longer helping your patients, you are causing them extreme harm and you admit to it. Disgusting and depleting. I am a human being.

Worst experience! Dr Jack Muralidar referred me to some radiology to earn commission or whatever, and when I did it from some other radiology, got angry and said he hasn't received the results yet when I went there for my appointment. I went outside and called the radiology then and there and they said they already sent it, went inside to the reception again to confirm, and they said they received it upon checking and said we were short staffed today so couldn't open it. And then asked me to book another appointment for some other day as dr jack already went home and my 15 minutes were over for the appointment. Bloody waste of 45 minutes in that dirty place with doctors who would just lie to your face for their commission.

Helen(2IC) at prospect medical centre is very patient friendly and kind. She takes care of the patients at the centre and is definitely an asset to the centre 🙏🏼

Arrived on time and still waiting, going to be over an hour wait at least. When I ask reception they said I should have got there 15 minutes earlier than my appointment start time so it’s my fault. Not sure if they understand maths. Won’t be back.

If i could give this zero stars I would absolutely disgusting doctors that work at this practice. I'm pregnant with a mask expemtion for asthma. They forced me to wear a mask anyway and I almost passed out. The doctor kept interrupting me and was very very rude! I would stay far far away from this practice won't be long before it gets shut down for malpractice

Dr Jagannath Mudaliar is the worst doctor in this Clinic. Do not book with him. He’s arrogant and doesn’t let you speak. I went for a blood test and I wanted to check iron as I’m vegan. He said I cannot do it because he wanted me to check first B12 and then if it was not right then he could check for iron. I do have history of iron deficiency and I had done iron infusion 4 months ago in the same clinic! They told me to come back to check how I was going. Now the doctor doesn’t let me have the iron test done! Claiming that I need to come again after b12 is checked. Not even the person who extract the blood agreed with him! He just wants you to come back as they have increase their fees. I have to pay an extra 20$ apart from my usual insurance! Scammers!

Does not Bulk Bill any more!! Its a shame they're going that way, I have been going here for many years, I use Dr Singh regularly but can not afford to go there now and will need to find a new doctors and have all my files moved over.. Sad to hear they are now charging $59 (you $39 back from Medicare) but you still need to have $59 everytime.

This is the most useless medical centre ever. A zero star should be ordinarily given because they have a very stupid policy. I made a booking on a public holiday on the website and this was confirmed, only to be told by the receptionist that because I am a new patient, I cannot be seen regardless of the booking made online. In her words, “the doctor would not be able to see you since you are new to us” Does that even make sense? Now I see why based on reviews, there is only 2 stars for this medical centre. Totally worthless.

Don’t even bother booking an appointment! They are NEVER on time! Prepare to wait 30mins past your appointment time at least! And only expect 5mins of the drs actual time. Plus bonus they charge you if you want all your documents sent to another gp! So ridiculous, astonishingly disorganised!!!! Rude and zero care factor from any of the staff

Multiple appointments here have resulted in hour long wait times, apparently a fault of the check in system done by the receptionists. When the doctors are informed they still bring in other patients ahead of the ones they have skipped over and with no apology. Will not be returning.

The doctor leaves if there is no early appointments and the staffs do not notify the patients to cancel the appointment. 2 times I went there and the doctor was not available. The nurse in both times told that they tried calling me which is completely false. I can't believe they think that lie still works where you can blame it on phone signal. The least they can do is follow some etiquette. The worst clinic ever!!!

A pretty average clinic. Only visit if you're not getting appointments from other clinics. And a big NO for Dr Jagannath Mudaliar. he is always in a rush and least bothered about your issues. and he will charge you as a SURGERY consultation even if you speak to him regarding minor issues. it cost $59.75 instead of the general standard consultation of 39.10

Worst! They should understand the importance of time. Dr. Mouni makes you wait for 1-2 hours. He should rearrange his appointment schedule and give appointments after having a look on how much time he consumes on one patient. Dont just give appointments and make people wait. Time is money, do understand.

Very rude and U helpful receptionist. I presented in tooth agony and was turned away die to no booking and waved on to go to "another clinic". She said she was trying to help me...I said if she were trying to help me she mightve asked for my contact details in the event if a cancellation. .that seemed like a radical concept for the power tripping receptionist :(

For some reason, I can never get through to return missed calls or make an appointment. I always need to drive to the clinic and see the receptionist face to face to book, which is inconvenient. This needs to be addressed urgently, as it is very frustrating being left on hold for 20 or 30 mins with no outcome. The system must be broken, as once I was on hold for 30 mins, drove to the clinic, and spoke to the receptionist within 30 seconds, who wasn't even busy or taking other calls?

Dr Lou is my Doctor on this practice and she is amazing! Very kind lady doctor. I will keep visiting with her from now on. The receptionists were lovely I couldn't remember the name of young lady who helped me she had no name tag she said was still training but she did great helping me lovely smile. Had to wait a bit but not bad just sitting and chairs are cmfortable

Had my iron infusion today and Charlotte was my nurse doing the infusion. I was quite nervous before the infusion. She explained every step thoroughly made me comfortable and also got me glass of water. She is such a happy and bright girl. Done with the infusion in 30 minutes and made sure I was all good before leaving.

Our experience was quite a positive one. Dr Berhe is one of the best doctors my family have come across and I highly recommend him. He remembered my daughters last appointment 6 years ago. Very professional, genuine, compassionate, understanding and kind. Knowledgeable and explained things to us with patience, great with children and listens. Really grateful for the care and quick response and tests done for my daughter’s condition. The pathology were great - my daughter is scared of needles but they made her feel welcomed and were understanding and kind. The pharmacy was wonderful, very kind and helpful lady was so genuine and I appreciated her advice very much. Admin were helpful too. We will be coming here more often.

One of the male doctors (Dr Mudaliar) was completely unprofessional and refused to perform a check up because it was "too much of a headache" and was extremely condescending towards me and undermining my pain. I felt horrible and I broke down in tears at the reception where all they told me was that he is known to be quite difficult... maybe don't become a GP then?? your job is to help people. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews but I just received an excellent service from all the staff at the clinic today, doctor Dawit Berhe ,the receptionist and the nurse.. everyone is professional and helpful.

Dr Radhika made me feel really unwelcome and uncomfortable, she asked questions like she didn’t care and like she just wanted to move on to the next appointment. As this was a early pregnancy visit she left me feeling unsure and not knowing what to expect as I am not from Australia and this is all new to me in this country. When I asked questions she answered me really rudely and made me feel like I had no idea. These tupe of visits to Dr’s are supposed to be a happy ones, even if pregnancy is not your thing, just refer the patient to someone els no need to be rude.

😔😔That’s worst experience I ever seen in my life. Very rude behaviour specially Dr. Mudaliar. So be careful don’t waste your time and health search another doctor or medical centre. Thanks
