Booking agents are unreliable, everything has to be triple-checked, and they don't communicate. My second-last trip, they booked my return flight for the wrong date. My last trip, we drove 80km and back for a cruise that turned out to be cancelled and we weren't able to be contacted by the cruise company because the booking agent at F/C didn't give them any contact details for me. The 24/7 hotline is a joke - there IS no support. The one thing they are good at is refunding money when they've screwed up - but we wasted a full day out of our holiday because someone wouldn't even give my phone number when making a booking. 🤬!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’m surprised by the positive comments I found if there is an issue the manager unhelpful as were the staff better avoid flight centre Westlake like other reviews check the details get it in writing

It was a pleasure dealing with Khadi, she did a fantastic job. Khadi spent time going over options, she was very transparent with costs and got back to me very quickly when I had some follow up questions. Very happy with the service, my family and I are looking forward to our trip to England next year 😀

She has such a bright, bubbly and fun personality - so easy to converse with and shares a genuine excitement for your trip. She is very experienced & knowledgeable and always answered my emails promptly whenever I had any concerns or queries. I had so much peace of mind booking with her through Flight Centre and both of my trips turned out to be so perfect and smooth sailing. Have visited Flight Centre West Lakes multiple times over the past year. Jade Brideson is an absolute gem! She was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the trips I wanted to do, and gave me extensive options into flights, tours and experiences available. She made sure I was getting the best deal and ensured I was satisfied with what I was choosing. In the lead up to my trips, was in constant contact with me over any changes and also checked in to ensure I was prepared. Was always available for any questions I had via phone, which is unbeatable customer service. As a single traveller with no clue on what I’m doing, I found her service very comforting which gave me overwhelming confidence! I have not received this kind of service elsewhere. Very much looking forward to booking my next trip with Jade and the West Lakes team in the future!

Jana was extremely helpful planning our holiday. Listening and understanding our needs and wants and with knowledge of Bali she helped us design the perfect family getaway. She combined different styles of accommodation and suggested a variety of things to do to suit all members in our group. Jana was also approachable, responsive and always happy to answer any questions and concerns. When Jana wasn’t there other staff were also really helpful. Will head back to West Lakes Flight Centre again to plan our next adventure.

We booked a trip to America for almost 8 weeks with Holly from Flight Centre West Lakes. We have recently just come back from it and it was amazing. Everything Holly recommended we did or places we stayed was perfect. Every time we met with her she was friendly, helpful and really knew her stuff. She took the time with us to make sure we were happy with everything and that nothing got missed or overlooked. Stef was an absolute life saver and helped me book an international trip that I then had to change 7 days prior to leaving. She worked overtime to make sure everything was changed and went smoothly and she took what would’ve been an extremely stressful time for myself and turned it into a stress free situation. Went in today to get info on a phuket trip the girl we spoke to was very arrogant and not interested in what had to say and couldn't wait to take calls and rid us you won't be getting our money or bookings absolutely pathetic customer service....u really need to train ur staff as I was totally dissapointed and never go back u just lost our 11k business....

Terrible customer service. Not doing their research as discussed. Not calling us back to follow up, not returning phone calls. Worst flight centre by far. Just shows anyone can get a job. Lazy.. disappointing

Stef was a great help booking my rail pass and all of her enthusiastic information on destinations and day trips for my holiday was greatly appreciated. I could tell she was genuinely excited about my trip and having been there herself gave me excellent information & advice. Thanks!

Erin is unbelievable. She doesn’t know how to communicate or respond, the entire store is so pathetic, they lie to you, just so they can get their commission and after that good luck hearing back from them if you have credit or need refund, or it might be something to do with racism. Will not recommend flight centre to anyone. Pathetic and useless service.

Most Flight Centres have closed I happened to be at Westlakes and saw this branch was open. they are not open regular hours best to check. first. The staff were polite but unable to give me an answer to my question.

Absolutely lovely and friendly service

We visited to get a quote for flights to Europe, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We walked in without an appointment and didn't mind giving some quick quotes. They were also polite when asking us to make way for their appointment by others. Definitely going back to book tickets soon.

Mucked up parts of our itinerary so badly, w had to get help from local Japan residents but even they found the itinerary impossible to execute!! All rooms were incorrectly booked, had to pay extra. Everything overpriced. Won't use again

Completely useless. Would give zero stars if I could. No assistance and constant avoiding calls and emails Unwilling to help with our substantial credit they owe us for months and dragging it out so we lose it. Also been waiting months and months for our refund and they constantly make excuses and avoid any conversation with us. First and definitely last trip that will be booked with them. Complete joke. Stay away from west lakes flight centre if you know what’s good for you.

My recent and previous bookings with Jana at west lakes have been very helpful and easy. I booked Japan and Bali just the other day and she gave me several flight options and she worked out what was best suited. I couldn't recommend her any more highly ( hence why I always go back to her for my bookings.)

Sarah is the best travel agent anyone could have asked for! She has been looking after us for years, from a couple to a family of 4. She can always accommodate our needs and give us options to choose from. Go see Sarah for your next trip!

Stef Saleweski at Flight Centre West Lakes is an asset to any traveller. She is dedicated, capable and agile in her responses and always makes your travel plans smooth, even when they have to change.
