Whoever the girls were working today when I went were as rude as anything. My family and I came in hoping to buy shoes each and they just looked us up and down and only helped the guys out, flirting like their lives depended on it, too busy bopping around and complaining about the shift being too long. We waited patiently for almost 25 minutes even after the men left, they neglected to even help us. Very unprofessional. Three staff members working and none of them asked. Won’t be coming back again.

Fantastic ADIDAS store in the heart of Adelaide (Rundle Mall) with great displays and quality products making shopping easy and enjoyable. The service by Courtney was very professional, friendly and she answered all our questions regarding different shoes and how they would be compatible with my sons orthotics. Great prices and christmas deals. Will definitely be going back.

Went in yesterday as I was told by another store about the upcoming Samba's release. Was disappointed to have not been greeted at the counter by anyone after making eye contact and watching the female and male co-worker behind the counter laugh around. Eventually broke up their conversation to ask if they would have any samba's today, to which i was rudely told "Yeah we have them we haven't release them". I wasn't asking for a miracle. I then mentioned how another store let me know about the stock they were receiving and again, same response but this time in an irritated tone from both staff. As I walked out of the store, I felt humiliated as they laughed at my efforts to ask them about upcoming stock. Ended up building in the courage to go back in today and to my surprise, those two workers were not there. Instead I was served by two lovely young ladies who helped me secure my size and apologised for the discourteous and awful service i experienced yesterday. Well done Thursday morning staff! (who deserve 5 stars!).

I really love the store. I've bought over 14 different shoes here in last 3 years. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They know all about the products that they're selling and I've generally liked the environment here. Only thing I would say is that the Online stores have a lot more variety but that's it. It's more convenient to just come here and see first hand the product you're buying. I would honestly only buy online if the store doesn't have that specific pair in stock which happens rarely.

If you love Adidas you'll love this store...duh! Staff are friendly and helpful, that's about it really. Does exactly what it says on the tin. There for your Adidas wants and needs.

Weird rude judgy vibe from lazy staff on Saturday 8th April. We went in there to buy literally four pairs of shoes and would have made them a great sale, but they took one look at us and for some reason thought we were not worth their time. The girl with the short hipster hairstyle literally looked me up and down and gave me attitude when I asked if she could help with sizes. So weird. The girl with the brown hair behind the counter would come over to us to help us find sizes, she told me I had to bring the shoes to her at the counter. Weird flex. You work at w sports store, but you’re not able to walk a few steps to where we were with our piles of bags? Don’t know what your problem is but get over yourselves - you work in retail, and you’re not even very good at that! Also, you lost your company about $500 today by being gross. Good work! Seriously, avoid this store. It’s never nice to be made to feel less-than just because you don’t look a certain way or because you’re over a certain age.
