Great atmosphere with an interesting layout, outdoor, indoor, upstairs, downstairs seating. Tried the $50 feed me. Overall was quite worth it. Buns were so soft and buttery, really liked it. Cabbage was seasoned well with parmesan cheese and crispy pancetta. Arincini was small but crispy and came with a good sauce. Lamb shoulder was very tender, tasted good. Inconsistent with the chips. Lamb fat potatoes were pretty good. Chicken had a subtle warming flavour to it. Broccolini was overcooked. Waited very long to be served our dessert. The sorbet was pretty good, interesting flavour combo.

Did the feed me menu for $50pp and it was great and very reasonably priced. Service was great and the cocktails were awesome. Chicken ribs were a stand out for me. Would go again and recommend to others.

Tried the Feed Me menu with a large group and were seated downstairs which had a great vibe! We weren't told what we would be getting in the set menu but everything arrived timely. Started off milk buns and cultured butter, charred cos lettuce, then the three cheese arancini. Mains was a lamb shoulder with plenty of sides for everyone to share. The highlights were the simple things - milk buns were delicious and the lamb fat potatoes were to die for! Dessert was a scoop of buttermilk sorbet ice cream with miso and burnt bread crumbs which is exactly what it sounded like. Obviously since this was also a bar, the cocktails were actually incredible so definitely take a pick from their extensive menu!

The food was amazing. Cocktails were on point. My friends and I really enjoyed the atmosphere that the team at Society Bar put on. They team really have done a great job at opening this new cocktail bar in the heart of Adelaide. Highly recommend trying out the chicken lollipops!

Yum! Yum! Yum! The new menu is absolutely delicious. Started with the Sticky Date Pudding Cocktail... GENIUS! Came back for the duck spring rolls. The duck fat potatoes with chive aioli is outstanding... I could have the entire bowl myself and wouldn't regret it. Also tried the beef and pepper skewers, this was alright, thought the beef was a bit chewy. Lastly, tried barbecue cod, the fish was beautifully cooked and the sauce had good flavour, wish it was a bit thicker though. Good vibes, cozy interiors, friendly staff and great service. Will be back!

I enjoyed the atmosphere, plants and good music. Only note, slightly dusty light fixtures. The food was decent and I like that you share it all. Service was great, we had a friendly and helpful blonde lady. Cute date place.

Delicious food. Feed me menu was great. Enjoyed most courses (not a fan of the lettuce and the bread & maple butter was average). Beef brisket was superb and the duck fat potatoes were genius! Cocktails were lovely. Service was good. A bit slow, and servers didn’t really explain the feed me food. Overall we had a great experience. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends! We had such an amazing night at Society Bar's launch night. Despite how busy it was, the team were super nice and attentive and it didn't feel like they were disorganised. The tomato and mozzarella dish, duck spring rolls and anchovies on toast were my personal favourites. Such a great addition to Rundle street!

Society Bar is the latest iteration of a space that seems to regularly change but hopefully Society Bar stays as it has a great atmosphere. Brilliant cocktails. The food menu looked great but we weren't in the mood for food - will have to return to try it. Upstairs and downstairs seating.

We had our Annual Staff Show at Society Bar on Saturday night and it was unreal! From making first contact and organising the event, all the way through the night, the crew were awesome. The guys behind the bar didn't stop pumping out the best cocktails all night. The food that rolled out was absolutely delicious. We would definitely recommend hosting any function with the crew at Society Bar...we will definitely be back!

Cannot recommend Society enough! The drinks, the food, the atmosphere and the staff are incredible! It’s quickly becoming my favourite spot to take friends for drinks or dinner or both! After becoming a bit of regular I’m yet to be disappointed by the food or drinks and the bartenders give great recommendations based on your tastes if you’re not sure what to order! 100000% recommend Society.

Feed me menu was really worth it for $50！Started with milk buns with garlic butter with entrees of corn aricini and charred cabbage with parmesan. The aricini was fanstatic and the cabbage was surprisingly flavorsome and filling. Next was slowcooked beef which was a bit chewy and dry but otherwise full of flavour. But the highlight was the chicken which was really moist and tender and full of flavour. As the final and the main meal we were really full prior to this but we managed to finish it which shows how good it was！The desert was abit of a disappointment after the huge entree and main dishes They just gave us a small mscaroon each and the flavors weren't all that good. But otherwise, well worth trying

I also recommend coming for the drinks as well, the cocktails they made were amazing, especially the piña colada, espresso martini, and gin sour. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant had a great atmosphere with comfortable seating.

Absolutely delicious. The brisket was amazing. The potatoes even better. The caramel pearls with the desert OMG! Awesome staff, very friendly and up for a chat if you like. Don’t loose whomever is doing the cooking as it was fantastic and will only get better. I’m not from Adelaide but this is now on my go to list when I’m in town. Edit: forgot about the duck spring rolls. Perfection!

Hired the upstairs of the venue to cater for an event and honestly, could not have been more thrilled we picked Society Bar for our day! To start with, the service was exceptional. Brodie who helped us organise the day was amazing and so helpful to deal with, made our day full of ease and full of plenty of options. We did the Feed Me for our lunch catering and it was some of the most delicious food while best-priced I've had in Adelaide. Could not recommend enough! The food was exceptional and will create several of us returning and being loyal customers after our day here, cannot wait to go back again! Delicious wine options available as well. Special highlights to the Kingfish, Chicken Ribs, Crag Linguine and Broccolini dishes. Our tables were well looked after, Alex and Charlie did a wonderful job hosting us and nothing was too much to ask of them - highly recommend for anyone looking for a long lunch venue or event space. An absolutely fantastic dining experience. The food was on another level, I'm not a vegan or vegetarian but the celeriac steak was one of the best thing my finance and I have ever eaten, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and I couldn't recommend this place more. Bailey our host offered an extensive range of cocktail recommendations based on what we liked, and also had some delicious cocktails specials which added even more to their extensive cocktail list. Thankyou so much to the society team, we will be back. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Been a couple of months since we visited, but was great to be back again tonight. Same fantastic service and the Friday night vibe was perfect. Cannot wait for Fringe 2024 and visiting Society a number of times before our shows.

Feed Me was such a great choice! (We were all so full, but wish we could have eaten more) The food was absolutely amazing, and they had a great variety of beautiful cocktails. FYI - the pressed brisket is to die for!

Love the vibes of this place, definitely a must go for cocktails!! We ordered the garden pea arancini (amazing), mushroom toast (not a fan), spring rolls (loved), duck fat potatoes (must get). Bit pricey for the quantity of food, but the quality is there.

Dinner and drinks at @societybaradl: delicious food and fantastic cocktails! Absolutely loved our time here 😍😍😍. Will be returning for more! One thing of note: the portions are quite large; even the 'small plates' and 'sides' are fairly substantial, so keep that in mind when ordering. The waitress was very kind in letting us know that we had ordered too much food 😂😂😂. . Housemade milk buns, with green garlic butter and smoked salt: these milk buns were so soft and yummy! Absolutely loved them 😍😍😍. They're the perfect blend of sweet and savoury. And that garlic butter was delicious! . Barbecued wombok, celeriac cream, shallot and caper mignonette, white anchovies: I was a bit worried that the anchovies would be overpowering, but it was nicely balanced by the rest of the dish. The wombok itself was really nicely grilled 🙂. . Heritage carrots, local honey, fennel cream, pine nuts, gremolata: I really enjoyed these carrots, which were a bit sweetened by the honey 🤤🤤. . Beef short ribs, celeriac cream, horseradish gremolata: omg the beef was so tender that it literally fell off the bone 🤤🤤😍😍. Full of amazing flavours. This was a huge beef short rib, even though it was on the "small plates" section. It could easily be enough for a main dish. . Barbecued Murray cod, leek chips, fried Asian greens, bone sauce: this fillet of cod was perfect 👌😍. The skin was crispy. The flesh was tender. And that sauce was really savoury! . Drinks: their cocktails were so delicious 😍😍🤤🤤. Lots of choices! - Aperol and pomegranate spritz - The last word - Bees knees - Singapore sling

One of the best bars in Adelaide! The bartenders are super engaging, and the drinks are delicious. We spent the whole night here and it was the best night out that we had on our whole trip. Thanks guys ♥️

Wow! Everything at this place is great, from the food to the service, great staff, very nice looking food, i wish I would have taken some photos but was too excited for it to even come to my mind, nicely surprised to find a place as cool as this. Not a bad thing on my experience, definitely deserves to be busy every single day of the week. We tried the Pork Belly and Flank steaks with some sides of the triple cooked chips and smoked chorizo, spot on from beginning to end! 100% recommended. Will gladly be back!

Everything was impeccable. The service was exceptionally spectacular, the chefs are attentive and put a lot into their dishes, the mixologist has done their diligence and the drinks reflect that. Blown away. 10/5 cause Google won't let me put more stars than 5. Will definitely be back. Great service with a smile.We ate here on Wednesday night. I cannot remember the name of our waiter, but he was great. The food was delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed the vibe... Great people watching and not too loud. We were visiting from our of town so thankyou for a great introduction to Adelaide ☺️!

Can’t recommend this place enough… the Margarita cocktail was the best I’ve had, and the bartender was great in helping us pick a second choice as well. Knowledgeable and skills ✔️✔️ The mussels were delicious, haven’t had that sauce before, and we didn’t leave a drop. The chicken ribs were great too, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, what more can you ask for. So pleased to find this gem. Thanks for looking after us!

great experience. we went for the feed me menu, service was great, both the service staff we so friendly and came and had a nice chat with us, we tried 8 dishes all was good, the oysters with the raspberry style sauce was the best!! highly recommended this small bar and will definitely be coming back with more friends next time
