Definitely
would
not
recommend
using
this
company.
Once
they
have
your
money
the
customer
service
stops
and
you
have
to
chase
them
up,
the
first
time
we
followed
up
were
given
a
generic
response,
the
second
time
we
followed
up
they
actually
bothered
spending
30seconds
to
look
at
our
order
and
realised
the
stock
hadn’t
been
allocated
to
us
(17k
order
btw).
Also
FYI
when
they
say
if
you
pay
upfront
that
reserves
your
stock
that’s
only
if
they
remember
to
allocate
the
stock
to
you!
The
salesman
blamed
the
stock
room
for
not
allocating
it
but
I
don’t
know
who’s
responsible
for
that.
I’m
honestly
not
sure
if
they
are
being
dodgy
or
just
super
incompetent
but
either
way
avoid
these
guys
like
the
plague.
And
the
one
stock
item
that
was
an
end
of
line
product
that
took
Spartan
nearly
2
months
to
deliver
an
ex
demo
instead
of
the
new
one
we
paid
for
(despite
new
being
in
stock
when
I
ordered
and
paid-
but
I
was
told
they
would
wait
til
they
had
everything
before
they
sent
it
out
which
is
odd
given
on
review
of
the
invoice
recently
I
noticed
it
said
everything
was
in
the
warehouse)
anyway
I
got
the
NEW
item
in
less
than
24hours
from
appliancesonline.com.au,
I
had
no
idea
they
had
a
big
warehouse
in
Adelaide
and
I’m
generally
not
a
fan
of
ordering
online
but
would
definitely
recommend
appliances
online.
