There is nothing exclusive about this outdated institution. Practising a policy of exclusion I was informed I had to leave since a party of ladies from a local assisted living facility were arriving shortly in a mini bus. I understand their exclusive brand Gary Weber, from Germany, caters to the same clients as Australian brand Black Pepper but surely a gently 63 year should be allowed to continue browsing. I did also notice their prices are higher than I pay at my Sydney go to shop for Gary Weber. Probably not worth a visit to Reynella unless you are prepared to be asked to leave at a moments notice to accommodate their private clients.

Excellent staff....very helpful....but clothes a little old style for me.....

Staff were really helpful, and helped my wife find a realy nice dress for our sons wedding. It arrived on time and fitted perfectly.

Highly recommend Woolcock Reynella for any Mother of the Bride or Groom. They have a huge range of outfits to choose from. The ladies are very helpful but not pushy and extremely patient. They are well set up with large fitting rooms and large mirrors with good lighting for you to check out your potential outfit. Ignore the outside of the building it looks quite dated, but the outfits are great. They are not cheap but worth the dollars. If you can't decide you can take two home and see what your husband and family think and then return the one you don't want or you can post it and they will fully refund you. Now what other company offers that, as it is a big decision for a special occasion.! So go on go down to Old Reynella and have a look and do yourself a favour and buy one of there beautiful outfits for your son or daughters wedding.
