Friendly & warm staff guided me through a two step procedure today for my shoulder. Arrived at a time where it appeared busy yet they were pretty much running on time. The uniforms staff wear is noticeably smart upon arrival and combined with there service gives an immediate sense that your in good hands.

Staff were efficient and friendly. I was a bit stressed about some procedures that I had to have but they guided me through it. Brilliant.

Such wonderful, kind, caring staff at Benson's Radiology Morphett Vale. There was quite a wait when I booked to have an ultrasound/xray/injection so I asked if it was possible to be put on a cancellation list. A week after I booked, I received a call from a lovely staff member advising an extra clinic opened for today, so they booked me in. From the moment you walk, you have lovely staff attending to you. I had wonderful receptionist, wonderful radiographers (x-ray & ultrasound) and a wonderful doctor who administered the cortisone injection into my shoulder. I only ever get any imaging I require done here as every time I have attended, I've dealt with an incredible team. Thank you everyone for everything that you do. You are all truly appreciated.

I attended this amazing Morphett Vale- Benson clinic yesterday, Fri 19th at 2.30, for an epidural cortisone injection in my back. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a smiling receptionist, and was quite soon asked to come into the treatment room. I had 3 really lovely, friendly, happy technicians who were with me the entire time....one in gorgeous red and black outfit(??) who informed me of what to expect during the procedure. The doctor/radiologist who administered the injection was very nice- professional and obviously very efficient, and calming. Please pass on my sincere thanks as by the time it was over and I could lift my head, he had gone! One of the girls was so very caring and sweet, held my arm and patted me and told me I was doing so well. Much appreciated!! Afterwards I was asked to wait outside for about 30 mins. The absolutely delightful Josie came out and asked how I was and talked about the procedure. I could not have been more happy with this experience..... things have changed somewhat from the last time I had it done many years ago. ThanQ muchly to all the wonderful staff I was so lucky to have with me.

The professionalism, patience, knowledge and empathy my daughter received from Anna a radiologist at this location, was incredible. As a mother I felt my daughters needs and concerns were extremely important to Anna and she made it her job to give us both comfort and peace. Hands down the most incredible experience we have had with a medical facility for a very long time. Five stars to Anna!! Thank you

I was really pleased with my experience with Steven at Benson's Morphett Vale today. He was so friendly and welcoming, made me feel so comfortable, as sometimes getting an unknown scan or x-ray can be daunting but I just felt so at ease. I hope I have more dealings with Steven in the future :) thanks!

Lady in the office today was so rude. I am a carer to my 88 year old father. And I was told very rudely to leave. I said I was only staying till he went in so I could the person that he would need help and can't move or hear properly, then I would wait outside. She told me to get out now. People were watching itwas

Prior to my entry I was contacted by a gentleman named Andy who went out of his way preparing me for my procedure; eg, phoning my doctor, checking my history and gaining data. A considerable effort. My experience the next day on entering reception was 100% immediately from ladies. I was interviewed by a gentleman (Marlon), apologies for incorrect spelling, who was very courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and caring. He led me through an x-ray and I was always comfortable. Later, I was introduced to Dr Nick who provided me with an articulate explanation of his procedures. I felt relief on getting off table, Today is 5 pm Wednesday and my pain level is insignificant. Prior to release I was again given advice by a nurse and Andy. I am most grateful to all at BENSON RADIOLOGY, Morphett Vale, and thank them for their expertise in all fields. Great experience today. Friendly, caring staff. I've had a lot of procedures at a competitor (I live rurally so they are our only provider) and not had great experiences, so was apprehensive about today, but no need to be!
