A place with an amazing view. We went there for a drink. We had delicious smoothies. We didn’t intend to eat whilst there, however we had a look at the menu and at the food the customers ordered. It looked delicious. Upon my next visit I’ll definitely order something from their menu

Went to FLAVA on the Public Holiday. Had friendly fast service, food was awesome. Great price point too.

I only had one experience here and it was enough. I bought a gelato cup, and when It was handed to me I saw a fat fly was walking around in it. I told the girl and showed her, and she actually smiled at me as she waved her hand over it (which didn’t shoo it away, it was STUCK in there) before she walked off. I was disgusted to the point where I told one of the other workers to throw it in the bin, I couldn’t eat it. The guy did offer me a replacement at least. Needless to say, I won’t be going again.

Attended a few months back with my elderly 84yr old Mother. Aftet waiting over 25mins for 1 cup cappuccino and 1 cup hot chocolate in medium, politely asked man behind counter if wait would be much longer, my elderly mother needed bathroom. Indian man behind counter approached and screamed 'I am the owner and it takes as long as it takes and if you people don't like it, p&#$ off' '. I was truly shocked at this reaction. I politely explained to' owner' that I and my elderly mother would not be spoken to in this way and would be leaving immediately after a full refund. Indian owner continued to heckle/scoff at us as refund was processed, we left quickly. I do believe that Indian 'owner' must be mentally unwell to act in such a heated and aggressive manner. Myself and my mother walked to coffee shop a few doors up, will not mention cafe name, but we explained our experience while ordering and staff there said our complaint was a common one, owner of this 'Cafe' has reputation in area as being a 'trouble maker'. Indian owner is rude, arrogant and has no manners or respect, very unprofessional and food/drinks served are of poor quality with lengthy wait time. I do not recommend and will never return to this business.

Excellent food! The seafood trio was super tasty and full of flavor. The service was kind and quick, with nice and super helpful staff. I'm loving the nights with live music.

I CANNOT get enough of this place! Every time I go the service is amazing! I went on a Saturday morning, obviously it’s going to be pretty busy and on a gorgeous sunny day a lot of people would rather eat outside (including me!) I had my dog with me so I couldn’t eat inside and there was only one table left which was reserved and the lady who seated me let me sit there with my dog. I was very quick but I wasn’t rushed either! The food is amazing too and so is the coffee! I can’t recommend this place enough, if I could give it more stars I would!

A casual cafe on the esplanade at beautiful Christies Beach SA. Enjoy the sea breeze with a well-made beverage on the verandah for breakfast, brunch, and lunch during the week or dinner on the weekend. If you prefer indoors with air-conditioning, it is an option. Service was average and definitely required more attentive staff for seating and table maintenance. Wine and spirits are available, along with a diverse menu catering for most dietary requirements. Parking is on the street with some spaces at the rear of the building. Access is difficult indoors for wheelchairs and the disabled as it is hard to manoeuvre between tables. There are steps to the verandah area, and umbrellas are definitely a requirement for pavement tables. With a little more attention to detail, this cafe could be truly a great cafe 😀

Place is clean and awesome staff. But food is not that good. Maybe the sunday chef is not that good. I ordered fettuccine marinara, i THINK the pasta has been cooked for few days.. not freshly cooked. Never finished my food. My partner got seafood trio, common deep fried food. So far my partner is happy of the food. Kids food, too many burned stuff, for me looks like they never clean their hot plate. The chicken strips is almost black, probably the oil wasn’t changed for a while. So far, the view is awesome.. seaside view.

Fantastic Café, great staff, fabulous menu choices, ordering coffee and food together, has the coffee at your table in record time, very very happy. Staff have great customer service skills and are quite attentive to any of requests. The location is 100% amazing.

The outdoor seating is right by the sea with the beautiful morning sun . Loved the service and would strongly recommend the egg and bacon brekky roll on a brioche bun. Made to perfection. Thank you Flava.

Stunning views of ocean from outdoor tables. Great food. Healthy options as well as usual cafe style foods and treats. Vegetarian friendly - need to adapt for vegan but usually ok if speak with staff. Great coffee. Dog friendly.

On Sunday 21st January I had a booking for 20 ppl. Staff were excellent, the food was great, and they served in a reasonable time. The cafe is a favourite of my granddaughter who wanted to have her birthday breakfast there.

Always friendly and accommodating. This current visit was a busy public holiday. Kitchen and coffees kept up well. Floor staff quick to clean up empty tables. For good and generous. All day breakfast always on offer. Atmosphere fun and vibrant. I'll be back. Would definitely recommend.

A great location with indoor & outdoor seating. Staff are always super friendly and welcoming, a must visit café! Coffee is fantastic 10/10! Always consistent with well extracted strong flavour, spot on temperature and quality beans!

Just have had the most delicious breakfast and coffee....super generous serves... excellent coffee...great prices. Staff are warm and friendly....now need to go for walk on the beach across the road. YUM! Thank you Flava we will be back.

2 stars for a burnt schnitzel, not sure why it would be served when you can see its black plus it was cold... Garlic bread pretty good, great location and pretty clean... Couple of staff looked like they didn't want to be there, girl behind counter very friendly though

Wonderful food and the service was amazing. They could see our son was being fussy so they brought his food out sooner and made sure everything was ok. Will be back for sure. Make sure to book a table on a Sunday morning as they were busy - and rightly so with the food and atmosphere

Wonderful food! The service was reasonable. Unfortunately, the person with the simplest meal had to wait 10+ minutes longer, which seemed a bit much. Both other guests finished their food as the third person got theirs. The atmosphere was great, close to the beach very vibrant place and we called ahead 15 minutes and although busy, they were able to reserve us a table which was great!

Warm service with a smile! We had delicious cakes and a coffee milkshake. Also had a coffee gelato which surprisingly wasn't good at all. Lost a star because of this. but we'll definitely come back though.

Called in for a coffee and cake. Two of us shared a bowl of the best chips we have had with our coffee and the oldest member had a slice of pecan pie with her's. Great staff, pleasant, cheerful, helpful, polite, efficient and more.

We went on a very busy day, but the staff were doing their best to accommodate everyone. It was a public holiday and alot of places were closed, meaning they were even busier than usual. Lovely location and views, food was delicious (even with the kitchen being under pressure) and the staff were lovely. I'd definitely recommend 👌

Went for the first time yesterday and wow! Food was amazing, with generous serves. I didn't want one item in my order and they came and asked if I'd like to add something else instead. I've not had that happen before. Staff were friendly and happy, even though it was busy. Will definitely be back.

Came here for brunch with two fussy kids and they absolutely nailed it! Food came out so fast and seriously one of the best egg bennys ever. Service was lovely, drinks were great. I never write reviews but this place just ticks all the boxes!

Searching for a beautiful restaurant for lunch, my wife and I stumbled across Flava Food and Coffee. We were greeted by friendly staff providing a welcoming smile and prompt service. We placed our order which was delivered within reasonable time to our table. Both meals were sumptuous with satisfying and unique flavours. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at this popular restaurant. Highly recommended to those looking for an affordable meal in a location providing a lovely experience beside the ocean.

Lovely service, asked for hot chips, takeaway, for 2 people. But this little box of chips cost $10....and didn't even have salt....and for $10.... you at least want the good salt, and a few more chips than that. Very over priced for the amount and quality.
