Completely ruined my parent’s Anniversary dinner. Went to sky deck,their rooftop lounge and the service was absolutely unacceptable. Waited 30 minutes for our starters. Okay. Waited for over an hour for main course consisting of only 3 items and was still told to wait 20 mins more. The management took zero accountability and had to wait 20 minutes for our bill when we wanted to pay for our starters. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Wonderful property. Well connected. Restaurant is very good and staff are courteous. I came to visit a friend’s wedding - the experience was wonderful overall!

Location and aesthetic appearance of this hotel is amazing.. valet facility for car parking was good...coming to food, the starters taste was ohk ohk...food was good...but the service was worst if u compare with other 3 star hotels..this was the worst service i eva had in any of the hotels..i guess they have very few staff..instead of all the aesthetic eye pleasing view it would have been better if you could have provided a bit better service..you order your food and it gets served after eternity..no salt pepper or tissue provided on the table..u need to ask for everything and they will come after long time,probably when u dont need them anymore...over priced for the food and service they provide..if you are food lover and one who wants good service go to novanta few meters ahead and if you are insta lover who beleives in show off..this hotel is for u.. Thank you..this was my first and last visit to this place..

Very nice service.The restaurant itself has a charming ambiance with tasteful decor and a cozy seating arrangement. The soft lighting and soothing background music created a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends and family.

The place is best with mahaul, loved the food soo much . Butter chicken and mixed fried rice is just amazing. Go for watermelon mojito , it's good. The staffs are polite and have soo much gratitude. Will visit the place for the 9th time next.

Really good place, apparently it's build on the theme Titanic hence the name Cruze I guess. They had pirate rum bottles for serving water😂. The food was delicious. I tried subz chasmebadoor with jattar naam.

Good Banqueting experience. Best banquet in the city. Jassi the Banquet Incharge was very helpful and provided all assistance with a smile. 10/10

Was at The Cruze with family for lunch. Booking- very easy and convenient. We called them at 10:30pm and they helped us getting the hall booked for today afternoon for 35 people Ambience and Hygiene- The area provided for the family event was very comfortable, neat and clean. The lightining was appropriate and the music was played light. Food- authentic Indian taste (for the food I had), pizza was tasty (Italian syte), juices were tasty, overall great chef/kitchen. Staff- very pleasing staff, efficient, highly patient with the different orders being placed and served. Hats off to all of you! ,🖖 @thecruze, team- you guys just rocked it today. Managing a crowd with individual order is not easy, however you guys just raised the bar.👌

Brand new swanky hotel located in Adityapur. The rooms are excellent value for money. Luxurious and very spacious. The food options are also great. The morning buffet spread is especially good. The staff and service here is awesome. Polite and effective. Parking is OK, it can be cramped.

Stays were comfortable. But management not able to provide a single room during peak days. Good for casual stay. Will not recommended for frequent official stays.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for while. The rooms are small but ultra modern with super clean and new. The toilet & bathroom is great. The shower was awesome. The bed is nice and soft. The breakfast also has a big spread. Super value for money. I stayed only a night and wish I could have spent more time - the hotel has multiple restaurants & brewery. Can't comment beyond the room . Will definitely try and stay next time I am in Jamshedpur

Good stay. Room little small but, good organized. Room service good. Breakfast also good. Chicken Briyani seems not good but khichdi is very good and lemon coriander also is very good.

Don't even think of booking a place to get yourself married or get your reception here.. THEY HAVE THE WORST FOOD!! only if you need bad DG blown in full voice pay them that 1000+ per plate

Had my last 3-4 recent stats here , excellent hospitality & well groomed front desk , nice cozy rooms with nice interiors , bath tubs available usually in maximum rooms , varieties of food in breakfast menu , you can have detox juices here & option of veg exotic salads ! Very warm and welcoming experience in cocktail bar - must visit here ! Best for business travellers , corporate functions , family friendly vents ! Overall value for money .;

I had very good experience. This is a new hotel and all the interiors and fitting are great. Very well done. Service needs better coordination. The staff is very helpful and I am sure they will get their acts together very soon to make it an excellent experience

Stayed here for business for 2 days. Room was on par with business friendly hotels. Service was great throughout the stay. Breakfast and dinner service is multi cuisine and is sumptuous. Housekeeping and ambience in the hotel is amazing, Bar and gym facilities are great. Must for business travelers and parking facilities with family celebrations can be a plus for conducting cultural events.

What an experience 💯💯💯💯 . Its really hard to describe because everything was so nice that its hard to comment something but yeah for non alcoholic beverages are costly ,other than this everything was nice from entrance to terrace and scenes was so perfect ,even every person out there was so humble , everyone will attend you so nicely .even terrace manager is having so good behavior . Washroom too was so clean in terrace ( mention this because some over rated hotels are having worst washroom ).overall 9.5/10 because Beverage are on higher side ❗

Visited on the 1st Jan, they were unable to manage the crowd. After keeping us wating for 40 minutes informed that more 1 hour needed. Left without having dinner. Irony of the fact was only 20+ people was in waiting and they FAILED TO DELIVER the manage the rush.

EXTREMELY BAD BEHAVIOUR. Untrained staff who don’t care about your time and money. Even the managers failed at their job and make excuses after making you wait 2 hours for the food. When the food didn’t arrive even after that and we wanted to clear the bill to leave, they made us wait 1 hour more for it. 1 hour just to bring you your bill!! I wish I was joking..the service is that pathetic. I wanted to have a good time with my family but our time was ruined. Thanks to the joint effort by the entire staff. Rest assured, they will make sure to waste your time and overcharge you for it.

I have recently hosted 1st bday of my son at Cruze, the symphony (banquet). It was a wise decision to host my 300+ ppl with them. The service was just awsum.. no other word.. the kind of service, food served at banquet, co-operation from hotel bla bla... was all so good... I would really like to Thank Mr. Vincent who is so genuine person and made us feel so relaxed by taking all our worries for food, venue, other arrangements including the most important part cake table of the evening. It was a carnival themed party, we started receiving appreciation from our guests right at the party... all this goes to the team there and Mr. Vincent. I would also like to thank there decor vendor partner Mr. Jitendra Singh who lived upto our expectations and added more glory to the party.. kudos to the entire team.. I am highly satisfied with them and can rely on them blind folded..
