I went to AH hotel specifically for their seafood buffet which is held every Thursday night. Comparing the price of 250 cedis to that of the variety of dishes available is really worthy it. You can eat as much as you want I mean that’s the whole concept of a buffet right? But I get people still asking questions like this. I love the fact that you get a free bottle of water and also they have juices available for free as well. I would definitely go back over and over again. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the buffet started later than the 6pm so a bunch of people were waiting aside that the food was flavorful and satisfying.the price for the buffet is now 350gh cedis.

COAM scientific conference of the Centre for plant medicine research held here. Wonderful conference facility. Breakfast Buffet was wonderful. I loved the mix of dishes that were served. Rooms were neat and all facilities worked except a few glitches with the water heater sometimes. Definitely go back any time .

Surprisingly this hotel is not known by many. It is a good hotel with good facilities and some incredibly nice staff like Gabriel and Juliet at the marketing department and Manager Elizabeth. If you want a cool place to unwind without getting out of Accra then you can try the Friday evening poolside live band and buffet dinner. AH has conference rooms of various sizes for all kinds of conferences and meetings. There is a gym and an instructor to keep you fit.It is well located at boundary street and about 20 minutes from the airport

My friend insisted that I moved to this hotel after having a bad experience in another. I can't say enough about AH Hotel! From Ebenezer who served me in the morning to Emmanuel who served me at night, the restaurant staff is top rate. They even promise me American style pancakes on my next visit.The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms have hand towels. With many of the African hotels only offering bath towels, the the smaller handle is definitely something I missed. Teddy and most the front office staff are always eager help. I really enjoyed my stay! It's so close to so many restaurants and other attractions.

Lovely experience overall with a few hitches. Attended a buffet at the hotel restaurant with my work colleagues. The ambience is relaxing and classy. Food quality is excellent. Help yourself from starters till dessert. Staff are also great. However, the cellular signal strength in dining area and reception are poor. I hope they do something about this.

Was here for lunch and I already wrote a review. This was my second time and it was breakfast with friends and family. I love their breakfast and they have a good options. You can either have a light breakfast or heavy breakfast. The coffee served was so good that I had I think 3 cups. And I'm not a heavy coffee drinker. People working at the restaurant were friendly and know what they doing. I loved it that when I was getting my food and the chef was around and encouraging me to take more food LOL. I will do breakfast there again.

Today, I visited the restaurant with my two female friends. While we were savoring our meal, the manager approached us to inquire about our experience. We happily expressed our satisfaction and mentioned that it happened to be my birthday. She kindly asked for my name, and what followed was truly amazing. She promptly gathered her staff to sing Happy Birthday and presented a delicious cake adorned with whipped cream, which you can see right there with my name on it. I must say, you all are truly remarkable.

AH hotel a first class hotel facility located along boundary road in East legon in the city of Accra. The ambience is simply beautiful. The restaurant, is fantastic and customer service, too notch. You will love it here.

This is actually the first visit.. I hadn't heard about the place before.. I visited based on a program I attended (Women in PR) It will be very helpful to have big signages showing the name of the hotel.. the small inscription around the security post and parking lot is not visible... most of us kept going round and round the building...google location tells you that you have arrived, but you don't see anything boldly informing you that the structure around you was the hotel... it was not comforting Aside that, it is a very beautiful and good place to relax, dine or have events /meetings

The hotel is what you would expect for the price. What makes this place exceptional is the spirit of hospitality which every one of its host exudes. The moment I walked into the lobby I was greeted with a smile. The check-in process was seamless. The elevators were down so the check-in associate assisted the bellman with taking my luggage to my room. The rooms are well appointed with all amenities needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. 😃 I was able to exchange money. The convenience factor well overshadow the the 5.5 rate. When I travel there's always one associate that shines above the rest, but here at this AH hotel they are all shining stars🌟 (from frontdesk to restaurant to housekeeping). Upon asking the chef even agreed to make me fluffy pancakes 🥞. I really miss pancakes when I Travel for long periods outside the US. Being from America and working many years from Marriott, I have no prior experience with AH Hotels as a brand but this experience has definitely put the brand on my radar. Cuisine is great. Takes a while to come though. Serene atmosphere with great services. parking is however problematic and limited access to disabled access. Home away from home situated at great location. Will require some major expansion and other ancillary services essential for a 4 star hotel

Syndicate rooms are spacious to contain any number. The food is good and served on time. The staff are also very hospitable. A very good place to hold meetings

The AH hotel in Accra is quite comfortable and reasonably priced. As a frequent business traveler, I was most impressed by the service received from the hotel staff throughout my stay. One of my favourite places in Accra. Even thou it is located in a busy area in Accra, it's very peaceful and worth the stay and a good place for executive conferences. The location is best as you have almost everything at your disposal.

Individual staff are brilliant and that portrays an overall remarkable service. It definitely rubs shoulders with some 3-4 star hotels in Europe. Their meals are great (the chef is amazing). Housekeeping is very professional and diligent.I recommend this hotel to visitors on modest budget. Bathrooms are clean. Shower runs hot and cold at perfect temperatures. Look out for… - limited parking - no irons in rooms (laundry does ironing at a very little cost) - some food on the menu can be a tad bit spicy (quintessential of Ghanaian meals)… would be nice to have a low to no spice options available. Special mention - Ruth at guest relations was excellent - Nkulenu was very kind - All staff at the restaurant wore a smile - Housekeeping was excellent We shall stay here again the next time we visit Ghana.

AH provides excellent customer support. The relationship managers are a great team. I enjoy talking to them. Their buffet lunch and dinner are too good for the price. The conference facilities provide a good venue for seminars, workshops, and dinners. AH Hotel & Conference has a spacious car park for all your guests. No need to worry! My husband and I returned to the restaurant here after very good experiences last year. This year was sadly no where near to the high standard we were expecting. In the one week we were in the area we ate here 3 times. The first visit involved a long wait of nearly an hour after ordering then like warm food finally arrived, not even any parmesan cheese for the bolognese, that arrived 10 minutes later. We complained and a very helpful apologetic man named Raphael was very compassionate and assured us we should return and this wouldn't happen again. We returned the following night, welcomed back by Raphael and had a totally different experience, the Tilapia and the Goat soup were excellent and the service was back to what we would expect. On our last night we went back before we returned to the UK. Raphael wasn't there this time, we both had Goat soup again, but sadly there was a long wait of almost an hour! Again was lukewarm but this time watery with no chillis. No food manager was available but a lady appeared and came over to offer apologies. We were offered a free meal which we declined as we were so unhappy with the food and service that night. The last night of our holiday was ruined after we gave this restaurant the benefit of the doubt. For the expensive prices I would expect top class service and food as we experienced last year and on our previous visit that week. Extremely dissapointed.

I love the location of the hotel. Their rooms are very nice, I also like their pool and the ambiance bar. But their car park is very small and needs a bigger space. Otherwise kudos to the management.

They have good food with a good end of traditional and continental dishes. Their staff too are super refined in customer relations, exhibiting high level politeness and agility

Was there mainly to use their pool. We called customer service earier to let them know we will get there late and they allowed us protocol to still use the pool past their scheduled coming time which is 6pm. 40ghc for pool user fee with towel is way affordable compared to other hotel pools. Loved it

The bar was the amazing. Ralph was truly incredible, I didn’t feel welcomed until I met him. Very helpful, takes his time to communicate with me , and so polite. However a few of the buffet workers we not so nice. I don’t have the names but it was mostly females. The front desk were also great to my sister and I. Thank you all.

Attended a workshop meeting at one of their Syndicate Conference Rooms. The environment was neat and serene. There was spacious car park away from the main premises. I was really impressed with taste of food. My low moments were interruption in microphones and bad odour in the washrooms. But overall, I enjoy stay. 4 stars.

Honestly Ralph from the pool bar, Emmanuel from Valet/parking , Teddy and Emmanuel from the restaurant/ buffet area along with 2 staff members are the only reason why I give them the hotel a 5 star. Because of them this place deserves it. My first days here I wanted to run out of there because the people were just not nice, not welcoming but they made me really extremely enjoy the rest of my stay. Kept us informed with all of the amazing activities that were going on at the hotel. Letting us know out option. I mean I absolutely love them. This hotel is fun with live bands and breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, but none of that matter if the staff isn’t welcoming and because of this amazing crew who was able to redeem our first impressions of the place so I give it a 5 star. I say book the room and hope you get theses wonder people to assist you, enjoy Africa

Pool is nice and neatly kept with the pool side washrooms always being cleaned by staff. Very conducive for swim lessons. However main parking area is off hotel premises and can be cumbersome to find and maneuver.

Went to AH hotel for their Sunday afternoon buffet lunch for my Mum's 65th birthday they did not dissappoint! From the local drinks to the food to the live band! Everything was on point! They were soo nice and even sang happy birthday for my Mum and she danced! Great service.

You should try their lunch buffet. The food was hitting the right spots on my tastebuds. Whoever bakes their cake needs a raise. And that sobolo drink was pure Bliss and heaven. I'm sure coming back with my friends and family. Before I forget, their services are prompt and very courteous. Emmanuel the guy with thick glasses at the restaurant was so professional and kind.

For a funny reason, I underrated this place way before I got there. I was however blown away from their service right down to the serenity. Their buffet is a must-try for all and one of the cleanest swimmin' pools I've ever seen in Ghana.

My kids used their pool for swimming lesson this summer and it was amazing. Lovely friendly staff. Pool was always clean and kid friendly. The only issue is the surrounding pool area is slippery and my kid fell twice. As a healthcare provider, I think it would be safe if you carpet that area to avoid any slip and falls as we all know how kids are. I hope by the next we come back, it will be done to feel more safe. Popular hotel in the country. Very clean and neat environment. Their rooms are cozy with moderate prices per night stay. Love the pool area. They have one of the cleanest pool area. Cool security service. Parking space isn’t a problem at all

I only used their restaurant and ordered only freshly squeezed juice. The juice was very 100 pure and fresh. They have a lovely reception and dining area: very civil attendants and waiters. I found their menu on a Wednesday a little too boring: however, we were informed that they hold a very good all you can eat buffet on Sundays which surprisingly closes at 4pm.

Eventhough away from town, they provide one is the best conference facilities. However I was not really impressed with their packed snacks. Their lunch was totally on point. AH has a good support for recoding of sessions as well as other IT support.

Fairly good service. Nice responsive staff, food was also fair. Rooms and towels were clean, laundry man pressed my shirt in about 15 minutes. I found the room lighting just fair. The bedside sockets were 2 round pins not british as expected, however the sockets near the TV had been changed to british style. There was natural lighting in the room I was assigned. The only window in the bathroom strangely opened to the passage. I believe the hotel building was modified by joining various buildings.

Just about 2 minutes from American House (en route madina), and close to Kay Billie Claire school, this hotel is easily trackable as it is by the main road, easy to spot.. and yes, beautiful to behold.. The reception is welcoming and artistically aesthetic...!! Rooms are just so sweet, meals on point, service great .... what else??? Perfect for conferences, some small get away...

Located in east legon, with their ultra modern facilities, will recommend staying here, they also have one of the best pools in Accra. I tried their buffet breakfast which cost 85cedis and I loved the varieties it came with, not to talk about how fresh it is.
