I had a fantastic experience with the food and drinks at this restaurant. The environment is amazing, and the cleanliness adds to the positive atmosphere. I also admire their unique architecture, which adds a special touch to the place. While I rate them 4 out of 5, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The workers need more training, as one of the waiters took my credit card to a back office without informing me. I had to go back and remind him that he should not do that without my permission before taking back my card. Additionally, when I bought some food to go, they forgot to include cutlery, which made it difficult to eat the food properly. Lastly, when leaving the restaurant, the security officer didn't offer assistance in directing us out of the parking lot to the main road. My cousin later mentioned that he had tried to talk to us earlier, but I hadn't noticed him, which might be the reason for his refusal to help. Nevertheless, I still highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try good food and enjoy great drinks. The overall experience is worth it, despite these minor issues.

The table for 10 Sumo Wrestler was a smart choice for our party of hungry kiddos and teens. They allowed us to substitute which was great. Provision of mosquito repellent for the outdoor seating will be a nice touch as the coils were not enough.

I went in the day, this place is like an outdoor street BBQ place with hardcopy menus. BBQ port ribs were ok, but service is non chalant and like going to a market. Only the outdoor area was available for sitting.

Best chicken wings and samosa I've ever had!!! Their ribs are soft and delicious, BBQ sauce on point. Their cocktails are refreshing. Potato salad and coleslaw is so flavorful and unlike others their mashed potatoes is not too creamy to make you feel nauseated. Also, kudos on your branding, whoever is in charge is doing an excellent job 👌

I really want to like this place but the staff makes it off putting. I come because it's convenient for me to get food and watch my son practice across the street. I'll just wait in the car like most of the parents do. First, I walked in and I have to say hello every time . With about 10 people all gather in front socialising maybe they need a strong manager to let them know expectations, how to greet and sit people down on arrival first impressions matter. Next, we were seated quickly and given 2 menus for the four of us. My son had to then call the waitress over from the social group In order to take our order. As I write I'm still waiting for my bill while they all continue to socialize And my waitress finds an opportunity to cop a feel with her coworker by sitting on his lap. Check your camera date 9th of February. Its inappropriate the behaviour of your staff and this behaviour might go well with locals but not much so with expats. I like the potato wedges and the drinks if available other than that I rather just wait and order when I get home.

Great food in a beautiful location. Prices aren’t too high and there is a great atmosphere here. Customer service is good but waiters should pay attention to the tables they are looking after as we spent too much time just trying to get their attention and it wasn’t a busy day either. Delicious pork and good ambience for the new-in-town kind of experience. Definitely the shack to visit on the weekends for the deliciously well-barbecued and off-the bone meats (pork and chicken, as I’m yet to try the lamb 😁). The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kudos!

I was excited to visit this 4-stars-restaurant... I left disappointed. The 2 stars, I have to be honest, for the nice and trendy place and the music. The 3 lost stars for: The food! The hot dog bread (from the kid's menu)was so rubbery that the kid's didn't finish their plates (see picture) Result of heating the bread up with the microwave. The chips were cold. I should have asked the ribs without the barbecue sauce. The service needs to be improved: each of us got the dishes with 15 minutes of delay. We got the pizza 25 min later. People come to eat together not separately. The management never came to listen to our dissatisfaction. It was maybe busy...

Potbelly Shark. The food is just ok. Just a little expensive. They have a nice environment and I like the local setting. It’s relaxing. The place is also neat. They have a clean wash room as well. They don’t have a designated disable car park. It’s just for the general public. The wait time to get your food is long. It’s advisable that you preorder before you get there just to save time and especially if it’s a takeaway.

I was here for a birthday hangout and the experience was awesome especially with the cake presentation, just that the place got so busy which made our food delayed. The manager (Francisco) was very helpful. Overall the food was good 👍

Amazing scenery, great for taking pictures. They actually have great costumer service. And oh their pizza is on another level it doesn't feel like the regular commercial kind of pizza. And don't get me started on the protein their ribs and barbecue chicken along side the spicy chicken and lamb oh boy that's when I understood the meaning behind the name pot belly😄. You just might leave with a pot belly.

I must say that their food is really bussin. I have never tried pork before and I was just like let me try their pork and that’s where I got love with pork now! The ambience, atmosphere & restroom was nice. Good choice of drinks & cocktails. However the buffet was disappointing. Not enough meat or variety, taste. Started with banku, the okro only had wele & crab. Wife had the tilapia soup which was like just canned tomatoes 🍅. For 120, it's one of the cheaper buffets but quality was lacking.

First of all, I would say the appearance of the restaurant is great with an extensive food and drink menu. I arrived at the restaurant and no attendant came to our service which was not good. I encountered an issue with order placed which delayed and our food was never placed because of miscommunication between the attendants as well as the kitchen got closed. We informed the Manager and he checked and sorted out the issue and gave us what we ordered on the house. I was initially planning to give a very bad review but the timely intervention of the manager saved the bell. I would try and visit again to give a better review.

Potbelly has an incredible social media presence and after several months of seeing their posts I decided to visit to see for myself. It was just okay. The service on the day was nothing to write home about...it was slow and it took forever for our food to arrive and when it did, the wings weren't warm but cold and not tender. The mashed potatoes and the jollof tasted great as well as the coleslaw. Paying to have a private room and paying separately for food and drinks sounded a tad bit ridiculous to me but it's their policy and I suppose it can be respected. Their cocktail were great however. I would like to give another try to see what to make of the service. Will go again.

My husband and I enjoyed our time here . The food was REALLY Good!! we had psyched out minds about food delay, so we were shocked when the food didn’t take too long. (Maybe others exaggerated? Maybe it was good company? I don’t know...) what I know is, this first visit was great, and we can’t wait to go back for a second date there!.

The pork ribs is the best I've tasted. 🌭 was banging, chicken wings was good and they had good portion of chips 🍟(fried yam) which was very crispy and nice... 9/10

Heineken on tap was very smooth!! A big glass of it too!! I was thoroughly disappointed with the potato wedges. I often think savory, some paprika, onion and garlic powder and some herbs would have gone a long way!! Plus I think it was fried and only seasoned with salt. It was a bit bland to my taste. My waiter suggested a hotdog, I left it to him to choose which and it was Billly the King, I think!! The pizza was a thin crust, although I personally love love thick crusts, it didnt take away from the great taste! I will definitely be back!! I pray you never change and only get better!!

Says you offer delivery service, been calling almost everyday for 2 weeks, at different times everyday and by some strange coincidence every single time there isn’t a single rider available. Asked the one that picked up about it and her tone clearly shows she can’t be bothered about my business. Food is great though and in house customer service is ok but phone manners and customer service is terrible. Also if you don’t actually deliver please let us know

One of the best restaurants in Accra.. the environment, the waiters and waitresses are very amazing and welcoming... they serve one of the best jollof rice in any restaurant in Accra.. and the night life there is very calming and relaxing... I love the place and I can’t wait to go back there again, especially with my friends and loved ones

Love love love Potbelly. I had an amazing time there. Their food are quite affordable and taste good. I tried their wings and it was just right. They have both indoor and outdoor setting so if you wanna enjoy the breeze outside or want to go incognito you can go enjoy inside. It is a great place to hangout with a group or friends, go on friendly dates or even hangout with your significant other. I will definitely go there anytime I'm around East legon or Adjirigano. I highly recommend guys.

This place is very cool. It has a cowboy feel to it. The waiters and waitresses have unique name tags such as Cardi B, Kevin Hart, Medikal, Bone Straight etc. The meal and the drink I ordered wasn't bad. Their customer service is very good and they make you feel special on your birthday with their dance moves.

The food was okay but customer service was totally bad. The fact that I ordered a takeout and my food was packaged in this plastic bag was shocking. And they deserve a zero star. I had to call on waiters for assistance and no one was willing to assist and it wasn’t like they were busy. Whatever their reason could be, they could improve since they’re in the service business. If there was a zero star, I would have given it to them.

A nice medley of Nigerian and Ghanaian music made this place a very lovely hub to visit. An exoctic array of drinks ensures that there is something for everyone from gin and tonic to tequila. There is an all you can eat offer that leaves your table looking like a palace setting, you would get good value for your money here.

The food was really good, especially the jollof. The chicken was juicy and well spiced and their cocktails are super nice. I really loved the ambience and I'd definitely go back there.

Minus one star for the fact that "the crowd" seems to overwhelm the staff at times, telling in very slow/unenthusiastic service. Also the ribs were rather dry today. Because we were there much earlier than "happy" hour it made us wonder how freshly made they were. Finally the music is played at 'disco level' which can be a bit loud for those just keen on a meal and a catch up chat. Other than that it's a decent place to sit, have a meal, hang out with friends or catch a breath.

I found this place via online search and I wasn’t disappointed. This is probably one of my top places in Accra thus far. I’ve been to the restaurant several times. The atmosphere is really nice, the food is good, and I especially appreciate the manager Fred. My wife mistakenly ordered a vegetarian option and I informed our waiter who then told the manager. He came out, spoke to us and corrected the issue. No problem attall. Highly recommend this place!!

I came here with my family. Potbelly Shack has a great selection of food on the menu there’s something for everyone. The food was very nice and the atmosphere was amazing. The only downside was the fact that service was a little slow, the person serving us wasn’t friendly and VERY moody.

Potbelly Shack came highly rated by a few friends so I was excited to check it out. The open space and various seating options are helpful because you can decide what type of Potbelly experience you would like. I opted to be in the space that was further away from the action and the loudspeakers, so I could have more time to focus on the food, drinks and work I had to do. Overall I would say that the pepperoni pizza was my favourite out of the things that I ordered. The jollof rice and pork ribs were pretty good - but the pizza left a mark in my memory ☺️ Would I go back? Yes… More than likely for a celebration or with friends.

Overall, I'll say I love the place so much. I was there on a Wednesday, on which I understand they usually have a life band and the performance was great. The food took about an hour to come through or to get ready. It all tasted really good except for the beef sauce which kind of tasted off at the time(might not have been same other times it says). We complained to one of the waiters and he said he would communicate that to the chef, but aside that everything was awesome. The music, drinks, birthday performances on request...everything.

Potbelly has its days when the service is good 👍🏾 but also has poor service when the attendance is low (for example Monday or Tuesday nights). You can get very good roasted dishes on the days bands are performing or tge Fridays and Saturdays when they expect high numbers of clientele.

They have varieties of dishes and cocktails It's a very nice place to meet people and they're care about customer satisfaction .

I’ll start with the good: the place is clean and the service was decent (a little on the slow side but I’ve definitely waited a lot longer for food in Accra) and the space is nice. Now for the meh, the menu leaves a lot to be desired. My husband ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was a hot dog with ground meat on it, really? One of the orders was ribs, those looked good but I feel like they should take a lot of things off the menu and focus on doing a few things really well. I don’t know what the infatuation with having such loud music in restaurants in Ghana but it immediately ruins a good thing. I asked to have it turned down, they turned it down a bit but it ended up getting turned back up. It so weird to me to have music so loud you can’t even hear someone talking next to you. Maybe I don’t get it because I’m not from Ghana but it seems like conversation over a meal is universal, but maybe not? Anyway, I think if you want a decent place to watch a soccer match with mates, this could fit the bill. Otherwise, I wouldn’t come for the food.

Went there for the Wednesday Unlimited Wings. Five flavors of chicken, with salads, fries, fried yama, Jollof Rice and Fried Rice as Sides. The customer service was superb too. Definitely going back.
