Highly disappointing. 6 Sept, purchased a Woodpecker & Classic to be customised and collected before niece’s b'day on 10 Sept. Woodpecker had to be replaced subsequently due to faulty link – good customer service. 9 Sept went to collect customised Classic, but watch face had scratches it – very poor quality control. Caveman arranged for watch to be delivered later – poor, poor delivery service. Rider was shockingly clueless. Overall feedback. 1) Quality control to be seriously improved. 2) DO NOT USE external delivery service, unless 100% quality assured. I will, however, purchase your watch again, but caution anyone I recommend.

The location is awkward; parking/stopping is difficult at that East Legon location. The shop/office is clean with a relaxed atmosphere. The watches seemed to be more fashion jewelry than quality timepiece. They're ok for what they are
