I took advantage of their Month of Love promotion to get a quick screening of my spine. It was refreshing! Although I didn't have any serious issues regarding my spine, the whole experience from the chiropractic adjustments to the lumbar stretching and others was good! I can imagine the relief for those who have serious back or spine issues when they get this done. The part I enjoyed most was the 'heat massage' on the back. I slept off during this session. I wish it were for the whole day!! I encourage anyone to get their spine checked at least once.

Oak Wellness Hub offers a careful dose of gym and other exercises. Her adjustment sessions, massage and thermal treatment, makes each visit a real work out. There is some relief with the pain in the lumbar region. I am also more careful with my sitting posture thanks to the video clips. Oak Wellness staff add some warmth to each visit .

Oak Well Hub came to my rescue just when I needed an escape from my stress. First off the staff are professional and nice and that’s much harder to find these days. More importantly I am having my best sleep in 10 years after seeing Afua. Oak Wellness Hub is a place to visit for general wellness. I had been in pain for a while now, i couldn't sit, i get so tired at the little chore and it was seriously disruptng my regular daily activities.I decided to visit them on 8/12/22 and the session was mind blowing. Oak Wellness Hub has been a great place for resolving my lower back issues. The environment is very helpful and friendly. The dedicated staff are with you throughout the appointment to ensure proper techniques are being performed to improve mobility. In addition, the chiropractor provides a nice adjustment at the completion of your appointment. And to top it off, some appointments are concluded with a very relaxing massage. I would recommend this chiropractor office to resolve your lower back issues.

Reception on day one was excellent and was introduced to the package I am on now. There has been tremendous improvement and I am able to bend freely and use my joints without difficulty. I have had the pleasure of attending therapy sessions as a patient at the Oak Wellness Hub (an outpatient Rehabilitation Center) in East Legon. A quiet environment. Great location with parking. I never would have believed that couples therapy had become such a powerful tool to overcome the pains I felt on the right side of my body. It's not just talked about here. No: The therapy is tightly structured and goal-oriented. Every minute is worth your money. The equipment is up to date and the staff: very friendly, competent and responds to the needs of those affected. Everything very clean. I can only recommend the rehabilitation facility.
