Oversold the tickets on the Nye event, then they left us waiting in line for 2 hours and denied this fact. At around 2:50am it started raining and they completely closed the doors. Also no possibility of a refund. I would never again consider going to one of their events, and I'd recommend everyone else to think twice before going there. Happy new year

Horrible NYE party. We booked the tickets months in advanced and came all the way to Berlin for this party. They made well over 150 people wait outside in the queue with little to no movement. The club was full even though everone in the club already had tickets! The organisation screamed at the queue and told people to go away. I would very much advice to stay away from this organisation!

Such a Catastrophic experience. very bad management. Unlike any other party in the world, to enter this party, you MUST wait several hours outside the club in the freezing cold. this was such a traumatic experience - there was a line at a length of more than 100 meters and the staff worked so slow at the entrance. Won't do it again EVER. Most of my friends got back to the hotel after waiting 2 hours and other friends entered only after waiting 4(!!!) hours in the freezing cold. Shame on this business. in the photo - less than a third (!) of the line outside the revolver party at the Kitkat club yesterday.

We bought a combi ticket for Friday & Saturday's parties. The party on Saturday got canceled, they didn't even bother to inform us, let alone offer a refund). My friends came to Kitkat on Saturday to ve sent by the staff to the other club where the party should have bedn, and there was nothing there. It neas eveb part of the staff didnt know. Also on Friday's party Chris Bekker was on the origial line-up (leasding)- also got canceled without informing the buyers. Bad management, but communication with the customers.

Message an hour before the party that covid tests should be ready to get in, oversold tickets, 3 hours of waitingon the street with 2 lines, no organizer at the place. Last time i spend money for this shitparty.

Great venue Good prices and service However worst DJ's ever Ppl left super early and no vibe or party at all. Very disappointed. Well recommend Sexy Party for example in Cologne. Almost falled asleep during the music. Next time just use Spotify. Super angry.

We had bought a ticket for 65 euros to go out for 1 night in cat cat. Because this was with fast lane. When we arrived there was no fast lane to be seen. Standing in line for 3 hours until it was finally our turn almost we were told we needed an antigen test. This had been mentioned differently earlier on your facebook page. 65 euros for finally going home and a day to travel.

Bought tickets on the 15th of April 2022, for a party the same night. Germany has no covid-restrictions after 1st of April 2022, and NO covid-requirements on the ticket. Just 2 hours before the party is about to start, a note appears on Facebook: Management has decided that you now need a covid-test........... And after several attempt to get the money back..... stil no answer !!! On Facebook A LOT starts to complaint about this, and after 2 hours the owner of Revolver just delete all comments, and block for futher coments.... After a while he ask all his CUSTOMERS to feel sorry for him...... Excuse me, whats going on........ That annoncement is later deleded too....... But he keeps the money ! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM REVOLVER BERLIN !

A pity. Advertise that there is no dress code and then you should strip down to your underwear. Either don't advertise it or state clearly what you want. But not like that!

Greed meets mismanagement! There were much more tickets sold at presale, than people could fit into the club. Furthermore they sold extra tickets at the door. In the beginning, they would just let in people with VIP ticket (65 €), and people who paid at the door. So if you had a regular ticket (35 €), you barely had a chance to get in. At 2am the club was overfilled. Not even with expensive VIP tickets could you enter the club anymore till 5am. The night endet for many people as a big disappointment.

Unbelievably bad organisation of the NYE 2019 party. Queued for hours to be let in at 4 am. The queue was moving incredibly slow which made me think the club is full to the brim - it wasn't. You would think that having pre-booked tickets would make things quicker - not slower. The front staff was rude and shouted at people, threatening no one will go in, instead of being understanding and providing information to frustrated, frozen by this point people. Awful experience. Edit: I see new reviews about the NYE popping up rating the event as 5 stars, even stating that the things were fast - these reviews must be fake and aimed to boost the event's rating as this couldn't be further away from the truth. I looked up the reviews the day after new years and it was a 1 star rating. I guess they need to fix that now.

Revolver is the best gay Party every month in Berlin at Kit Kat Club, hottest crowd, great music by famous international and local Berlin resident dj’s. Free coat check at Kit Kat with fast entry and friendly accepting environment inside where everyone is welcome and treated respectfully. Don’t believe the bad reviews, this party is amazing and management always fix and compensate any shortfalls. A must do party for any visiting gay guy to Berlin!

NYE event I expected a long wait time after all it is NYE. And with that said the wait wasn’t as bad as the previous year. The door security personal is very unfriendly to the point of Gay shaming including the party face a goth clown club kid that yells at people and is busy the whole night taking drugs #WeNotBelive. Thankfully gadrobe this year was better. Music was what you expect from revolver. Once inside the greeting was warm and friendly from the shot dragqueen she turned the evening for me and my friends. She represents also at KitKat and is always a pleasure

They have made improvements to avoid the issues that Easter 2022 had. The line during snax weekend was quick and efficient for everyone. It's a shame that on July 21st, 2023, far too many tickets were sold for the Revolver Party CSD... we stood in a queue for 3.5 hours, then we gave up while freezing,... it's really a shame, as this has already happened a few times and there are always promises of improvement... faster Controls and access - it's really been a great party for years - but then please not like that!!!

Best queer party in town. Lovely staff, great atmosphere and, yes, sometimes the parties get really packed, but if you show up early you'll never have any problems to get in!

The bouncer wouldn't let us in, saying we didn't have the necessary "dress code". In my opinion he did it on purpose, because he understood that we were not Germans. In fact, others who were not dressed "fetish" were allowed access. Really no comments!

Waiting for 2 hours in line on New Year's Eve Total chaos at the door. 24 tickets bought, none of us got in. They make promises like Angela Merkel; totally useless. My kom know better how to throw a party. We demand a refund

Absolutely poorly organized entry. People with “Vip/black ribbon” were allowed in and people from the normal queue were hardly allowed in at all. It only moved 5 meters in 2 hours. We ourselves had the “LUCK” or rather the patience and got in. Despite having bought a ticket, many friends were not allowed in because they were no longer allowed in due to overcrowding...

Not even one star would give this party! Advertise hugely with no dress code and present people on the website in normal clothes and then only in kinky or underwear!

Weekend package with Sunday brunch (€350) but the brunch got cancelled in the last minute without telling anything to the customers. Very irresponsable organizer! Not recommended at all!
