Never been so insulted in my life. If i could give negative stars i would. Had to wait for my pick up they were busy totally ok. Drove all the way home in the snow only to have no sauce that i paid for extra sauce on my protein bowl and none of the cookies i ordered for my kids. I called and was told they would remake it. So i left my kids with their dinner and their dad with his sub and drove all the way back. Busy again so i went in and waited only to have the manager tell me whomever i spoke to was wrong and that she knew i was only trying to get free food. Handed me sauce and asked me to leave. I had to insist for the cookies i paid for. She went off on how she knew she made my salad right abd put all 4 oatmeal cookies and 3 chocolate chip in my bag. I only ordered the 3 i was asking for. Clearly confused and super insulting. If i could talk to the owner I'd tell her to find a new manager.

Placed an order online for pickup. Got home and both sub's were wrong. Called them and went back just for them to have made it wrong AGAIN, then the third time only remade one of the sandwiches instead of both, and it was still wrong. Called them once again and was basically called a liar, my mother in law and I both. Poor customer service!

Disappointed as this location doesn’t know how to hardly make a salad anymore. Mix stuff in including dressing. I even offered a tip if the person would mix. They didn’t. Lazy. What ever happened to satisfy the customer? I’d suggest this location consider not even having salads on their menu. There are other locations I have visited that will put an effort in.

This location is complete garbage. The staff was unhelpful. I ordered 2 subs online and 30 mins later when I showed up to pick them up. They said they didn't have what they needed to make the subs and said they didn't know how to refund the money. No manager to talk to and no resolution. 100% do not recommend go to Wal-Mart subway. I did not have it My-Way!!

Would give a 0 if I could had a hot toasted sub ordered and the shirt lady manager told the guy it keep making subs and let my sub go cold and mushy for just short of 10 minutes before they tried to ring it out with just me and coworker in line...opened sub was mushy and cold didn't want anymore

Their hours say they open at 8am on Saturday, but they aren't. Both their door hours and GBP say 8am.

Food was as expected. Employees friendly and professional.

Was disappointed in the quality of the sandwich. Employee's was not friendly.
