was
in
Adrian,
visiting
family
for
the
holidays
when
I
had
a
dental
emergency.
It
was
cosmetic
more
than
anything,
but
I
needed
a
dentist
right
away.
Several
offices
I
called
were
closed
or
booked.
When
I
called
Dr.
Towler‘s
office
and
spoke
with
Nancy,
the
receptionist,
she
not
only
took
the
time
to
listen
to
my
emergency,
but
she
put
me
on
hold
while
she
asked
the
Dr
if
they
could
accommodate
me.
She
took
the
time
to
go
and
ask
the
doctor
if
he
could
work
me
in
same
day!!
And
I’m
NOT
a
current
or
future
patient
as
I
live
out
of
state.
They
just
did
the
“right”
thing,
the
compassionate
thing!
They
took
care
of
me,
a
patient
in
need.
Thank
you
so
much
Dr.
Towler,
Cheryl,
the
assistant,
and
Nancy
for
your
professional
compassionate,
and
excellent
care
to
a
random
patient.
I
cannot
thank
you
enough!
You
quickly
fixed
my
dental
issue
and
had
me
walking
out
the
door
with
a
perfect
smile
and
no
time.
