I have always loved Tim Hortons and I still do but this location is absolutely trash. I have never been somewhere where they mess up my order every single time I go and I don’t order anything complicated. The staff acts like they don’t care and are rude most of the time and they are almost always out of main ingredients and beverages. Definitely recommend going somewhere else in Adrian.

Can't get an espresso at 630, or just a dark roast. Place should close at 6 instead of offering left overs, at full price no less.

The food and drinks are good but service is terrible. Only car in line and they're rushing you. Past 6 they say they don't have donuts at all. If you come when they do have donuts they barely have them. I work in fast food in this town and I'm surprised they even stay open.

Tim Horton is ok. after a few years after Covid-19, Tim Horton's is still about the only food place still not opening its dinning area. appears to be short on help. I also did not see any help wanted signs anywhere on the building.

The service is amazing. Though how are you going to change your large coffee size! It was already expensive for what you were charging, now the large is half the size. Looks like I'm switching to biggby.

Love my breakfasts at Tims'! Always good, but on my visit last week, it was freezing cold in there, and we were the only two customers! The picture fireplace didn't help at all.

The ONLY REASON I still go here is because of the staff. Whoever is pulling the strings for the digital app is a moron as they took away their amazing deals that helped people on a budget. Now instead of going multiple times per week to give Tim Horton’s my money, I now go once bc it’s just too expensive. Then add in that management/corporate, TRULY, does not care about its workers as it shows with the high turnover rate at this location and always with the hiring sign. This location can afford to pay it’s workers a living wage if they’re charging $5+ for cream and sugar in an Iced Capp so, they should be able to pay someone AT LEAST $18 per hour here. Maybe then we wouldn’t have to hear the “we’re short staffed” excuse. Sorry, you’re not short staffed, you just don’t pay your employees enough and it’s hurting all of us as we see it daily with new hires and longer wait times. Not to mention, every time someone from corporate shows up at this location or the owner of the building or manager…they truly show us how they don’t know how to operate a headset, drive through orders, and handling of money….yet they’re paid more….it’s really a pain to deal with and like watching Undercover Boss but the boss isn’t undercover and doesn’t know what to do at all because they don’t deal with customers on a normal basis.

Went there several times over a 3-week period, and although the food and beverages were hot and properly made, there are some problems. First off, they can not keep this location properly staffed, and as a result, the dining room is locked 24/7. Next, because of the turnover or training (I'm not sure which), they get my order wrong about 50% of the time. They either give you a lot of something you don't want or just plain aren't making it. So you drive off with the wrong items, which can be frustrating. I try to make due with what I get, but I'm tiring of it. They used to have top-notch service but not any longer. As long as you deal with these issues, you'll be fine.

I placed a large order on the app to take breakfast to the salon that would be doing our hair for my daughter’s wedding. I placed the order at 6:30 am, the app said it would be ready at 6:53 am to pick up inside. I arrived on time, and the door was locked. I pulled up to the drive through window, said I have an online order. The lady screamed “ you are supposed to go to the speaker, that is what activates the order” She slammed the window shut and started preparing my order, clearly annoyed. Cars were lining up behind us, she she starting working on their orders instead. When she finally handed us our food, she said the coffee would take 30 minutes. I said I placed the order 40 minutes ago. We were late for our appointments and I went back to get the coffee later and apologized for inconveniencing her. She was extremely rude.

I love coffee. I love espresso. I hate ordering coffee with espresso and just not getting it. Constantly. So lazily stealing my money, instead of giving me what I paid for. This is one of those fast food places you go back to every couple weeks because they'll have a completely different staff. Edit: Today I got this curdled mess.

Used to work here I see all the bad reviews and can honestly say I don't blame you before I left the first time because of covid me and my supervisors at that time on night shift were the only ones deep cleaning the store besides one cleaner who eventually was moved to the morning but eventually quit due to toxicity those supervisors eventually either quit or fired then covid happened I left due to a love one being at risk then I eventually got a letter stating I would be fired if I didn't return so I abbliged I then found out all the kind staff were replaced by under trained and rude people after 2 days of having to stay 1 hour passed closing due to both people I worked with having no idea of what to do and all the health violations which I can say involve leaving bacon out of a warmer all day I left never go here unless you want wrong orders or food poisoning P.S. The past owner runs the store and the new owner is never there I only know her first name and won't release it due to her possibly seeing it as defamation and sues me she also owns the one in Jackson and Brooklyn

The breakfast sandwiches are amazing! I've never waited more than a couple minutes even when they've been backed up almost to the road! I've only experienced 1 food ness up and they immediately corrected it and gave a complimentary signature donut. I have never experienced a rude employee and they have always been super apologetic for the smallest of waits! I definitely recommend getting breakfast, lunch or coffee here!

Easy online ordering process but the only option for pickup was to go through the drive-thru which seemed to take a bit long. Staff was mildly friendly, didn't seem to want to engage.

This was my first time ever visiting Tim Horton's. The doughnuts were fresh and delicious. They had a great smoothie as well!!

Not pedestrian friendly. Lobby closed, cannot go through drive through, wouldn't deliver a cup of coffee to drive through waiting area. Got rained on & had to go to Shell station next door.

Ordered 1 Mocha Ice Cap, waited at the window for 6mins. Cup was overfilled and spilled over the outside of my car, inside, and over my lap. I didn't get napkins either. The whipped cream and chocolate drizzle was left off- which turned out to be a good thing since I didn't have to clean that up too. Not the first time something like this has happened but this was definitely the worst. Not coming back here again.

I am a dasher. This store does not allow anyone into the lobby. I will get a message saying the order is ready for pick up and I still have to wait in their extremely long extremely slow line. Every time. They are not friendly either. No matter how nice you are. Customers did not pay Doordash and me to wait for their stuff. Here I am again.. waiting in a line out to the road for a door dash order I should be able to walk in and pick up. This place sucks!

The food is fine but the place was disgustingly filthy. The floor was sticky and covered in dirt and there were piles of dirt along the baseboard and both restrooms were dirty and neglected. The toilet had black mold and green algae growing it. I dont believe this place has been cleaned since the beginning of the pandemic 2 1/2 years ago..on top of that, the young employees were playing vulgar rap music very loud behind the counter...we had a group of five people and enjoyed the muffins and donuts but we were shocked at the condition of the restrooms. I wonder who the manager is of this Tim Hortons. He is obviously not around
