It's a shame that people who are making $14 an hour can't tell the difference between a biscuit and a bagel. And then when you go to return it they aren't serving breakfast anymore so you're just out of luck. What exactly is our recourse for these places. Who owns the place and why is there no control. Someone needs to be taught customer service.

Just takes to long during busy times to get food. I waited 20 mins after ordering food. And that don't include the wait to order.

I go through drive thru in between appointments. Friendly staff and great service.

Bagel tasted as if it have sitting for a while and was not warm. Drive thru was really slow

The last time we went me and my dad thought that we would get food cause we haven't ate all day and we got food and went home and we started to eat and find out that we got the wrong order and that wasn't even the worst of things my dad's Hamburger was still raw and the tomatoes on mine were old and slimy

Stopped at the drive-thru for drinks. The line moved quickly, and we were in and out in no time. The employees were friendly. I would definitely go back to this McDonalds

The manager wearing green was way too rude with all the costumers. It looked like he wasn’t making the effort to be nice to anybody. Please McDonald’s fire this man. The food took over 20 minutes to be ready. The food was great thank you

Manager and young lady at window VERY rude. Inconsistent in prices. Amazed that the male manager is even in customer service. Very embarrassing for the owner to have someone of such disappointing people skills. EDIT*** just got to work and I got SIX BURGERS. I ordered a 10 piece nugget. Unreal.

Have not been to this location in years but because the Clinton location did not allow people inside I decided to stop for lunch. Quickly ordered my meal, filled my soda and then they called my number. Both cheeseburgers we warm, but could have been hot since I expected them to be made fresh. They tasted okay, but someone got carried away with the ketchup and mustard guns...I wiped half of it off as it was running off the sandwiches.

Drive through! Order food! And ur not waiting all day for food plus the food is good.

It was very noisy and staff need to learn how to pay attention to someone trying to get their attention at the counter

Only ordered a frozen coke and french fries. They didn't tell me they were out of the Coke option until I got up to the pay window so I had to pick between Sprite and blue raspberry so I had them mix them which turned out not so bad but still not a Coke. The FF's we're Luke warm at best but they were still soft enough, let's just say it's I've had worse 😉

Just wanted to let everyone know that this McDonald’s rearranges your bill so that you are charged extra. Ordered a happy meal with a chocolate milk, which comes with it. Then a large sprite. They made the sprite a part of the meal so that there was a drink up charge and then put the milk on its own. Doing this, they charged me an extra 29 cents. It adds up.

Fast, food was fresh staff was friendly and happy.

I knew I was in trouble when I heard an employee say, “I’m getting overwhelmed!” Feel for the workers, none of them seemed to know what was going on. Food was okay, chicken sandwich had all the Mayo and lettuce outside the bun and the wrapper was half folded.

It was mid afternoon and VERY busy. But it was very slow. I had the McRib sandwich, and it was certainly not as good as i remember it being. I went through the drive through, so the atmosphere question did not apply.

Probably the better of the McDonald's locations I've been to in years. I picked up dinner for myself and my grandparents. Everything tasted fresh and was nice and hot. Only improvement that could be made is having the second order lane open. Despite that, we still were able to order and receive pur food in about 10 minutes.

Ordered literally three simple items yet had to wait over twenty minutes to still not receive my food..

Food was hot and fresh. Service could have been a little better sauce which I ordered for chicken nuggets was not in bag.

The line wasn't long like it usually is and the food came out fast and hot. I am still frustrated the lobby isn't open which prevents me from going often because lines are usually long. However that is good thing since it stops me from eating fast food more than I should.

Went there for breakfast. They were low on employees so things ran a little bit slower than normal. But the existing employees did great

I pre-ordered meals for my whole family that included 5 large fries. Got the fries & almost all of them are completely undercooked. Think, limp noodle. Very disappointing, to say the least. Why even offer pre orders if you can't even get a hot, fresh french fry from McDonalds?

Handed food and employee didn't even speak. Nuggets are constantly overdone and horrible. This visit the nuggets were edible. How hard is it to put a burger together?
