    2 hours after my call I already had an appointment. From the phone call to reception to the preliminary and main examination, everything went well. The staff was always very friendly and competent. Water and coffee are available in the bright waiting room with a view. What more do you want? Thanks.

    Unfortunately, the measurement at the eye check was made incorrectly and the optics noticed and suggested the glasses I should buy with my new measurement, which is a bit strange.

    Extremely competent support was experienced throughout. Thank you very much for your really great work. Here you feel safe, understood, valued, competent and supported in a friendly manner. There is also a lot of emphasis on information and advice. The employees are helpful and motivated as well as courteous and friendly. The waiting rooms are modern, perhaps a bit bright, especially if you are sensitive to light. There is literature to linger on. Idea; pamper clients through other sensory channels rather than through visual perception; e.g. listening oasis/dream travel/relaxation music/Snoezelen room or setting aromatherapeutic accents, for those who like that. I found the support on the day of the operation (TransPRK eye laser) in Wallisellen very helpful and professional - thank you for that. The information and information sheets on treatment and therapy are explained personally and viewed and discussed with the client in peace. There is always time for questions. There is water, tea and coffee in the waiting room, the toilets are nice, clean, well-kept and there is really no shortage of feel-good material (wet wipes, tampons, etc.). I would love to come back and can definitely recommend you. Keep it up!

It's not about having detailed conversations, but a certain interest in the patient would be desirable.

    Very nice staff. Very competent doctors. I really appreciate the perfect management of appointments (a text message in advance). Unfortunately, long waiting times. 30 minutes to a good hour!! But retirees should have enough time. 🤣
