Friendly workers.

I wanted to change a winter dog bed that i bought for my dog a week ago in another filial. The ladies were very arrogant and althougt it was written that i could change it in the next 30 days, they said they could not accepted it back. I even asked if I could change for a larger bed from the same collection (if this was really the problem) but they were really not in a mood to be helpful. I left the store very frustrated and went straight back to the store where I purchased the bed. I was welcomed from a very smily team and had no problem at all in changing the bed.
