Pretty 3 star hotel, with a pool and a restaurant and a few other services, the food isn't always good it's overcooked and overripe sometimes, the rooms are nice and spacious, the beds are comfortable but some of the showers are broken. A thing that I loved was the soft music playing all around, even in the elevator. Overall, it's good but not great.

When we arrived we didnt know there was a tourist tax. We was overcharged on this. 2 adults were ordered to pay 108dh for just 2 nights when we stayed in another hotel for 2 day it was 44dh. It should be 11dh pp pn. Staff are not very welcoming. Some of them are fairly rude. The layout of the hotel is just wrong. They dont know what type of hotel they want to be. The prices online are cheaper than booking on arrival. Dont expect a 4 star hotel otherwise you will be disappointed!!! 2.5 stars is realistic. Room size was decent. I purchased food from outside and was told im not allowed as they serve food at the hotel but i wasnt intersted in paying a crazy price for their food. Location isnt great either with no local shops or anything. Toilet facility is really dated and the seat, shower head and sink were terrible.

The tourist coordinator was so rude and sexist to us it was so unbelievable, he told us off for booking different venues with other people, shouted at us in the lobby in front of other tourists. Nice hotel well maintained, nice decor and clean. The room was spacious with a large double bed, TV and clean bathroom with towels provided. There is a nice size TV and air conditioning but no coffee making facilities. Restaurant breakfast comprised of salads, pastries, fruits, boiled eggs, and other hot food but nothing that would constitute what we would serve as a breakfast to the English palette. Plenty of tea, coffee, juice, and delicious Moroccan tea available. Dinner was great which offered a nice selection of Moroccan dishes all which was freshly made and tasty unfortunately it was rarely hot and often just warm. The desserts were plentiful and homemade. Drinks have to order at dinner time but never offered by the waiting staff. There is a disco nearby that pumps out the music to about 130am in the morning which can keep you awake if your an early bird but the TV has a movie channel that shows English movies which helped if we couldn't sleep. WIFI was brilliant throughout the hotel apart from in the bar, pool, and restaurant but a slight walk to the reception cured that problem. « Less Top Tip: There are three shops just five minutes from the hotel, turn right out of the place down the road turn right to go past the guard's hut by the new apartment complex then left to the main road.

The room was cleaned daily, pretty good size, has a safe and air con. And a large TV with many different channels in different languages. Location isn’t that far from the beach and the area surrounding it is very modern with many non touristy restaurants where you can get a decent meal for a fair price. Large hyper market also just 10 minutes walk away. You cannot go wrong for the price!
