Lakme do not have experts for facial. They just want money without any work. They even cannot remove the black heads from nose. The quality of service is very poor. They need some real expert to improve their business.The charges are very high as it has a brand name of Lakme. Not satisfied with the service.

I hate my haircut, i suppose a new hairdresser did my service, she was so incompetent in her job, she does know various haircuts and how they are achieved but thats not all i pay for when i walk into a salon like lakeme, i expect professionalism. She did not understand my hair texture and simply gave me a cut too short i didn't ask for, plus it has so many layers and steps it looks all weird without styling, its gonna take me a minimum 6 months before i get enough length to give it a decent shape.
