    This is now our new favorite family place. Very friendly and kind staff. The smell of fresh pastries and cakes. Loved the cheese and ham puffs. Also a good selection of coffee. The coffee is delicious. Would recommend this place to everyone. Every time I come here, I have warm and positive emotions.

    What a wonderful find while visiting family! Espresso was good, pastries on point, and the gelato was winner! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I'll be back next time I'm in the area for sure!

    Amazing pastries, cakes and breakfast sandwiches, cookies in abundance as well as many different kinds of single serve cakes to choose from, friendly and fast service, all with a smile, bright clean and amazingly fragrant inside with all the lovely sweets

    This is my favorite Italian bakery in western MA. The fig square was delicious. The cappuccino was perfect. The staff as always were polite and knowledgeable.

    They are very welcoming in service and tasty food with freshness. Original Italian flavor is surrounded with pastry and blueberry turnovers. Love it.
