Not bad, but lots of people. I think the facility isn't big enough to accomodate the number of customers.

This is one of the more expensive spas in Saitama, but its facilities were worth it. There is no diaper changing station in the women's changing area- instead it is found on the ground floor next to the rentals desk. The staff were kind enough to help find it. The foot bath was filled with hot ceramic beads instead of the usual hot water. A co-ed cooling room was available and passers by could see the inside; users had to wear a robe however. The outdoor bath had a steam bath in a building shaped like a dome. It was 36 degrees C and dark inside. The outside had a desert oasis feel to it because of the color scheme. Inside, there was a silk bath, jet bath, a dry sauna and cold water bath set to 17 C. The relaxation area was satisfactory- shelves with comic books, a children's area, restaurants on both ground and second floor, but no outlets for charging devices. For such a large facility, you would expect people to spend the whole day there so outlets would be in demand. There were plenty of health-focused rooms such as a gym, aerobic studios and even a hot-yoga room.

It's good to let the time pass by, just relax, read a book and even eat meals. I personally like this place especially the outdoor bath.

It was a nice space. There is a bedrock bath, sauna, hot spring, and restaurant. It's also nice to be able to read manga. Unfortunately, the 1st floor smells a bit like cigarettes.

A great "onsen" spa, if you want to spend relax ed time in less than an hour train ride from the middle of Tokyo ♨️

Extraordinary spot! A stunning hot spring. There's plenty of sweets and relaxation in the facility, so you can spend a whole day there! There are many types of baths, and there is even a cave in the open-air bath! I almost entered the staged waterfall (not the hot spring) by mistake.

This is one of the best public bath in Japan. The price is affordable. There are indoor and ourdoor areas with a varities of pool including Jacuzzi and shock wave. I will come back here again for sure.

The place was clean and well maintained, lots of different types of baths/onsens to choose from. Great place to just relax for a day if you like baths. Hot stone area and towels requires additional cost.

Good selection of baths, no saunas unfortunately (one common 岩盤浴). For its price -1000円 for an unlimited entry it's an absolute steal

The hot spring facilities look beautiful. There is a fitness gym and a bedrock bath. If it's close to my home, I would like to become a member of a gym and have a course that also includes hot springs.

Although the entrance fee is 2,350 yen including a bedrock bath, the shampoos are cheap and the carbonated spring in the indoor bath is just a little unsatisfactory. There are no long lockers either. I think the dryer is 30 years old, the wind power is weak, and there is dust on the dryer and I haven't cleaned it. There are only cheap lotions and lotions provided. There was no place for a reclining seat with a TV to take a break in the bedrock bath, even though it was around 10am, and they were taking up space so I couldn't sit down at all. The staff don't pay attention or look around, and the food doesn't have any healthy menu options and the prices are high. I was disappointed because I wasn't satisfied with the price. Both the entrance and the bedrock bath were not good.

I cannot recommend it to women who want to relax. I've been going to the gym on different days and times for four years, but the people who use the gym have bad manners and it's getting harder and harder to go every year. Reason 1 The jet bath is almost occupied by gym users and cannot be used. I once received permission to use it, but if I refused, I wouldn't be able to give it to you next time. Also, I used the gym the next day on the day the 10-minute rule notice was changed, but the gym users didn't seem to find the new rule interesting, and even with the rule in place, they were occupied for about 40 minutes. Reason 2 The speaking voice is too loud. I can still forgive this for children, but I would like something to be done about the elderly. Reason 3 There are times when you can't drink water from a bottle at a drinking fountain. Why is it okay for people at the gym to get water from the drinking fountain while the general public buys it from vending machines? In that case, I would like to be able to bring food and drinks into the facility. Reason 4 The 120cm rule is not being followed. I understand that you are worried about your child, but there is also an adolescent girl in the group, so it's not good. I used to use it about twice a week, but lately I've noticed that I'm returning home feeling stressed due to poor manners, so I don't think I'll stop using it until things get better. I've never been in a men's bath, so maybe I can relax.

It's a spa with very complete meals and baths. It was spacious and I was able to relax.

I've been coming here from time to time. My husband says that the bedrock bath is ``amazingly cool''. I thoroughly enjoyed the bath, and the temperature of the water was similar to that at home, so it felt good, and the rest area was equipped with manga and yogibo, so I could relax. The Yogibo was a little sticky so I would like that area to be fixed.
