Scenic views at the top. It's worth it. Even if you are not interested in snowboarding or skiing. You can just go there and enjoy the views in winter. The cable car is 2100¥ 2 ways. There is a nice coffee shop too. A woo hoo swing , igloo etc (Winter)

First off a disclaimer, we traveled here in March so we did not experience the skiing here. However in March there were still a few activities here down hill biking, down hill karting, horse riding, a hiking trail and even a swing. To be honest we enjoyed the food there were a number of cafes and places to eat and enjoy the view. We also noticed A lot of pets In the area so it is very pet friendly!

Honestly was my favorite mountain out of all in the Hakuba area. Was not crowded in the morning and had superbly beautiful views at the top. Also had really fun quick burst red runs and green runs for beginners

love here.. wide range of trail. nice view. some trails are not connected. if you ski, it's okay but if you snowboard, sometime you have to walk between the trails. the sign here is not clear. i sometimes get lost.

It is a very nice place to visit in all seasons. The top of the mountain is easily reachable using the cable car. There are many restaurants at the top of the mountain offering a wide variety of food. The view is absolutely stunning. Dogs, including large breeds, are welcome to visit the mountains. There is a dog run and trails accessible by dogs. There are many outdoor activities such as mountain biking that can be done here. Definetely worth a visit.

Used to be nice. This season its terrible. Two lifts running, slopes not groomed in the morning. Severe lack of snow this season due to low altitude. The ski pass prices are not worth it. Looks like their priority are tourist and not skiers/boarders. VIP area access for 15,000 yen/head.

Its a fun little resort, but its lower altitude and snowfall can make it questionable at times. Its always the last resort to open and the first one to close. Don't base your stay there otherwise you'll be travelling to other better options in the Hakuba valley.

One of the hidden gems of the Hakuba Valley. One of the last resorts to get tracked out and usually less busy on the weekends. Iwatake has the best views on the valley with panoramas of both the front and back side from the top of the gondola. Iwatake also boasts the best mountain biking in the valley during the summer.
