👍👍 Duck meat is recommended for soba dining 👍️ Three types of duck meat (gizzard, liver, and heart) Although it is slightly grilled, it is almost raw 🎵 My first experience I haven't tried it because I don't like liver, but I can't stop using my chopsticks 👍️ My companion said that Lever is the best... Visited for the first time on May 11, 2019. I think it's quite rare to find a restaurant that specializes in duck dishes. Overall it wasn't bad. Soba noodles are not chewy and the taste is not to my liking. That's too bad.

The soba noodles were also delicious ☺️ It might be fun for people who drink alcohol because there are various types 🎵 It was a stylish soba restaurant 👍️

5 minutes walk from Omiya Station east exit. A famous soba restaurant located quietly. They offer a variety of foods other than soba noodles, and the menu is very rich. The price range is around 3000-3500. With an atmosphere that can also be used for entertaining, this famous restaurant is a must-visit for soba lovers in the Omiya area. Sorry I don't have any pictures of the soba noodles because I was obsessed with eating them. . This is an excellent two-meal soba dish.

The store has a calm atmosphere. The food and drinks are delicious. It seems like the chef is making it all by himself, so it might take a while if there are a lot of customers. I would like to try the course next time.

This is a soba restaurant with a calm atmosphere. Fortunately, I arrived before 6pm on a Tuesday, so it was empty. I had soba noodles with oysters and clams in shellfish soup stock. The soba noodles were medium-thin, with a smooth texture, and a moist, flavorful, delicious finish. The dipping sauce has a special taste, and even though it's a thick soup stock with a sharp and rich flavor, the aftertaste is clear and not bitter. Even after I finished eating soba, I continued drinking it as an accompaniment to alcohol.

Since it was my first time, I made a reservation without a course, but the food, drinks, and mori soba at the end were delicious. It was a shame that other customers were busy, but the staff were very welcoming and made me want to come back here again. The entrance was not conspicuous, so I ended up navigating right in front of the store. My companion also liked it.

This is a Kyoto duck and soba restaurant, and I had very delicious soba noodles. The sesame walnut soba (approximately 1000 yen) is recommended. The rich sauce went well with the chewy soba noodles. I was told that the two-color soba with soba soup and sesame walnut sauce is recommended, but I decided to go with the sesame walnut soba on my return trip. Also, the three-kind Kyoto duck platter was about 1,200 yen, and it was enough to serve as a side dish for two people with sake, and the quality of the duck meat was the highest I've ever eaten. Reservations are recommended for the Kyoto Kamonabe (approximately 2,000 yen), but you can also make a reservation if there is space. This was also very delicious, and it felt like having Kyoto duck with shabu shabu or sukiyaki. They have a surprisingly large selection of sake, and all of them go well with the menu. ・Use in-store ・It is better to make a reservation ・The number of seats is about 4 counter seats + 7 tables? ・Budget: around 6,000 yen per person, around 4,000 yen without alcohol
