Discriminatory sizes for tall people. I'm 190cm so my usual length size is L32~34. Impossible to find here, only up to L30 sizes available. Waist size is available up to W38, but lentgh size only up to L30. In other terms, small and fat people are fine to buy their pairs of trousers but tall people like me excluded from their commercial equation. Shame on you H&M Japan.

The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. I can't understand much japanese and the girl in the clothing testers was really mean to me when i said "Sorry nihogo wakarimasen" NEVER in my life a worker acted like that in front of me. I felt really bad with her attitude just because I'm a foreigner. スタッフは本当に悪い！！！

another huge multi level chain store. staff here were helpful and friendly.

My luggage was lost so I was in desperate need of some clothes. I am a 5'10" and 170 lb woman and was very nervous about being able to find clothes that fit in Japan but luckily was able to find several items that worked well for me (good thing cropped pants are in style right now). Service was friendly and helpful at check out.

Staff were exceptionally rude and salty to my wife and I. If you are not okay with her returning something because the size isn’t right, perhaps don’t have signs up in the store that say “buy now decide later”. 1st floor staff.

It’s H&M so you know exactly what you are going to find here. Considering the location you should always expect it to be crowded with locals and tourists. One nice thing to everyone living in Japan is that every H&M accepts your used clothes for recycle. By doing that you will receive a ¥500 coupon that can be used when you make any purchases above ¥3000. It’s a nice initiative and also helps you to unclog your wardrobe.

One of the only reliable places to find Western men's fashion in Japan, away from all the baggy, big-buttoned blouses sold elsewhere. They play better music than most clubs in Tokyo, too. Shame it is closing.

Prices have increased over the years, but maybe quality as well, so. For guys with long arms, Uniqlo's long-sleeved shirts are simply too short, but H&M shirts are fine. A decent selection for men, located at the basement floor.

They recycle your old clothes. 1 bag of old clothes will give you a coupon (500 yen off for a 3000 yen purchase) Great place with a good variety of seasonal clothes.
