Agoura Hills store is awesome. Josalyn and Jennie did great haircuts for us. We were way behind in getting back and our hair had grown out alot. Even so we got good cuts and were very pleased with the results. Friendly atmosphere. This is a very good place to go for just the right haircuts. We will keep going back for more cuts. We received many compliments for our new looks.

The staff at Great Clips was amazing! The online check-in process was seamless, and the stylist knew exactly what I wanted for my toddler! We will definitely come back!

Problem is not being able to book the same person. I have wavy hair and most the people just know how to cut straight hair. When you finally get a good person they are never there the next visit, even on the same day of the week. I think the app should show a picture of the stylists so you know who is working. They do not have to say their name. Then you could select who you want to cut your hair, even if it is a longer wait.

Amazing place. Professionalism and courtesy is a priority here. I can mainly only speak for Alicia, who gave me one of the better haircuts I have had in the greater LA in a while. It was nice to see her put so much attention to detail and explain my options every step of the way to ensure i received the exact haircut I envisioned. Would recommend this location and especially Alicia to anyone. She even allowed me to test out the private brand hair product, and provided insight into the pros and cons of each product depending on what my purpose was. Amazing, as it allowed me to make a more informed decision moving forward. Thanks Alicia!

Angela did such a great job! I am beyond satisfied with my haircut. She knows what she is doing, and it felt like she read my mind when it came to what I wanted.

08-02-23 Took my elderly father here to get him a haircut. Got one myself too. He likes Jocelyn. The place is clean and all the stylists are friendly and skillful. Will return. 10-17-23 2 1/2 months! This is the shortest I've ever gone between haircuts. My dad and I returned and enjoyed another good cut. Thank you Great Clips!

I had a great experience there. The lady that cut and reshaped my longish hair, fine and thin, into a really nice long layered cut. Instantly I had body and movement and banks really made this a great look. She was so good that the hairdresser only took off a minimal amount as I am growing my hair. I am particular...very!

Made reservation, it says 25 min wait and I waited 40 minutes … And even though it was my turn they kept seeing people who arrived later …
