The only reason they are getting a two and not a one is because their amazing therapist Sean and Jess. The techs lacked the training to handle clients with severe trauma and ptsd. Theresa always worked hard and was very sweet. Communication between staff was in very minimal and it showed. The owners and directors showed that clients were not their top priority. They truly showed me that money talks as I was pushed out the door before my original discharge date to a ungodly facility that I refused to stay at. So with a broken hand that was infected and recently injured by another client I had to find my own place to stay, which thank God I had a sober sister in LA. I thought that I was cared about as a person there and was sadly mistaken it was very heartbreaking.

The facilities are palatial. Very beautiful and nice. Clients were treated individually and carefully. Our son was given wonderful psycho education to help combat his major depression. His therapist was caring and very helpful to him. They were very flexible to accommodate his dietary needs and therapeutic needs. It is a 30 day program for most people so the work is stabilizing and meant to be a launching point for outpatient work. Before my son went to Elevation, he was not able to manage his mood outpatient and he was severely suicidal. Now he is hopeful, has important tools and skills to manage his anxiety and depression. His status is night and day better. We are grateful

Elevation is one of the most exemplary treatment facilities in Southern California that goes above and beyond to maintain an ethical practice. Elevation holds client care at an extremely high standard ensuring all clients have their needs and concerns taken care of. The holistic and evidence-based approach incorporated into the treatment plan shouldn't go unnoticed. The individualized care provided is momentous. They offer additional holistic services such as massage, acupuncture, EMDR, life coaching, brain spotting, somatic experience, private nutrition sessions, private tennis sessions, private yoga sessions, and more! Elevation provides a welcoming, comfortable, serene atmosphere with competent, caring, and compassionate staff to help residents through a difficult process. If you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, Elevation is an ideal facility that genuinely aspires to make a difference.

I wish I could give 6 stars. My stay at Elevation was beyond exceptional. Being my first residential stay, I wasn't sure what to expect but, the staff is incredible at their Brunston location. Dr.Sandor is kind and will also listen to what you have to say. Medication management was made easy, I could request to talk to Dr.Sandor at any point during my stay and he would be on the phone within an hour. Valeria and Christina are the house managers and they make me feel welcomed and at home. From the second I walked in, Christina was so kind and gentle with easing me into this new and scary experience. When going through my belongings she explained to me why she has to confiscate certain items but assured me I'd be able to have access to them as needed. Valeria came in my first day and acted like she's known me for a lifetime. She is extremely kind and compassionate. Anything I needed, they catered to. If I had questions, they were answered right away. If I had to talk to the doctor, I always spoke to him within an hour of me requesting. Joshua and Chloe are two of the coaches. Their upbeat and positive attitudes kept me going and made every day better. They always helped me no matter what it was. They constantly would check in and see how I'm doing. As someone who struggles with PTSD and panic disorder, I never got uncomfortable or felt like a burden. Joshua, Chloe, Christina and Valeria always guided me through my panic attacks with ease. They stayed by my side until it was over. I've never felt so much love and comfort from someone I barely knew before. As a female, I've also been uncomfortable with the idea of having a male therapist but, Christopher changed my outlook on this the first session I had with him. He made me feel comfortable and safe. He's chill, easygoing, incredibly smart as well as knowledgeable. I came into this residential stay with an open mind and Christopher helped me change myself for the better. There was never a dull moment and he constantly reminded me that feeling how I felt was okay and I was in a safe space. Having therapy and group 5 days a week is another plus. The other primary therapist, Jessyca, was also fantastic. She's easy to talk to, leads great groups and makes light of any situation. I learned so much from attending group 2 times a day and 5 days a week. Jessyca and Christopher always allowed us to have input on what they were educating us on in group. Jillian, the case manager, was the first person I met with at Elevation. She was AMAZING. From scheduling, to discharge planning, to making a doctors appointment when I was sick, she was so easy to work with, not to mention insanely sweet and funny. No matter when I texted her, I got a fast response and resolution to my problems. Overall, my stay at Elevation was amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a behavior reset. The house is beautiful, there's a pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, ping pong table and more. Useful Funny Cool

If you are looking for a program to get your mental health in order, I would definitely recommend EBH. Everyone suceeds in making you feel safe and comfortable from intake, therapists, tech staff, Chef and hospitality staff. This was definitely an experience that I will never forget and I've created bonds with people. This is really a mental health bootcamp. You will get individual and group therapy daily, EMDR, nuerofeedback, and acupuncture, weekly. Your are nourished by the best Chef in the world, with not just the food but he has a great heart. The therapists are all great people who care immensely about your success. There is also a great case manager that assist with all of your needs during and after your stay. Finally, the techs are some of the most caring people. This organization will provide the help you never knew that you needed all while making you feel like family. There's still work to do once you leave, but they provide you with the tools to keep putting one foot in front of the other. It's definitely a process. I would highly recommend.

The tech staff is excellent. They did an employee overhaul and expected us to just deal with the last minute changes, such as therapist changes and schedules being constantly in conflict, even with assurance it would be looked over by the Clinical Director. The Chef is top notch, absolutely no complaints with the food sevice. Amazing. But, I believe the current clinical director to be incompetent which is the reason I chose to leave early. I have complex PTSD and they were not equipped to handle that. If you need help with anxiety/ addiction/depression, it will work well. But not for PTSD patients. It's an excellent facility but they are not equipped for true PTSD. Thanks.

This place is beyond amazing and I truly believe saved my life. There are so many reasons that I cannot Fully verbalize just how amazingly special Elevation is. I was treated like family from day 1. Every staff member here will always have a special place in my hearts. The two therapists Megan and Ramella are hands down the best of the best. They both have amazingly unique and special gifts. Ramella is so funny and smart and her quick wit makes her groups something to look forward to. Megan was my therapist, whom hands down left the biggest imprint on my heart. She is phenomenal at what she does, incredibly supportive, an amazing listener, and pushes (with permission) to help her clients grow. She has a way of making you want to grow without even realizing it's happening. The transformations I've seen come from everyone she touches is a miracle. I have never gotten so much my whole life as I have from working with Megan. The case manager J is so supportive, open, and willing to work and help in every case and situation. She jumps in to help within any situation that arises. Dr Sandor is funny, caring, and incredibly intelligent. He is sure to personalize treatment and remembers everything clients say. The director of operations Blake is also absolutely phenomenal. He goes way out of his way to help all the staff and each client and works tirelessly to make sure everything moved flawlessly. He is always kind, friendly, helpful, and lays down some incredible wisdom. Lucky to have an incredible amount of support from the best treatment option available. I would have rated 10 stars if possible.

Staff is incredible and the accommodations are clean and cozy. Lunch and dinner is prepared by an on-site chef. Relaxation in an environment where you can get uncomfortable, work through those difficult past life experiences and traumas while being cared for in more than just necessities but kind nurturing niceties.
