    1. Self proclaimed 5 star hotel. 2. Room standards equivalent to 2 star in today's era. 3. Pick up any 2 star hotel and it will provide better Buffet quality and spread. 4. Definately Overpriced for Services provided. 5. Hotel needs introspection of its services and need to groom its staff. 6. Only thing work in hotel's favour is its location. 7. Hotel has vintage reputation but it seems hotel is least interested in maintaining it. 8. Overall not worth spending your money

Absolutely amazing service from all aspects. Our room was not yet ready yet (we arrived before check-in time) and the front desk agent suggested we go for lunch in the meantime. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious, then our waiter offered to check on our room. Our room was in fact ready, and we had even been upgraded to an amazing suite overlooking the square! Everyone at the hotel made our trip so special with their level of service, care and personal touches. The location of the hotel is by far the best in Florence and everything is walkable. The concierge was very helpful as well with booking restaurants and recommending

Dined at Mughal Restaurant. Spacious and comfortable seating. Ordered veg and non veg food here. Bar menu is also available here. Dishes were delicious. However, the breads were not soft enough. Also 50% off on food and 20% off on bar menu for defence personnel.

Nice rooms and spacious premises with good service. Only thing we found to be average was the food quality of non veg dishes in particular and variety of items. They repeat the menu which is really boring if you're staying for more than a night. That being said I will still recommend it for it's convenient location which I think is undoubtedly the best in Agra.

The best hotel we’ve been to in India by far! Here is why: 1- Great service from door to restaurant 2- Amazing diner buffer (for only 1400rs net per person) & there is another restaurant à la carte at the 5th floor 3- Very spacious rooms and huge property 4- Very close to the railway station with a nice entry and parking We’ve been disappointed but our India trip in terms of hotel facilities and service (we’ve been to Bangalore, Mangalore, Goa and Delhi) and this hotel really changed our mind. We wish if all hotels were this good.

Rooms are clean, and of decent size. Rooms have a tea maker, iron, locker and an extra bed on demand. The hotel has a playroom, gym, and swimming pool. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast menu has a pretty decent option. The restaurant is small compared to the number of rooms in the hotel and therefore it is quite crowded all the time. Overall a good hotel to stay in Agra. Cost of the stay is worth it.

I pass this way everyday and see this hotel. There is a lot of crowd here. Many people also come. I think it would be a pleasant stay here for those visiting the Tajmahal. When the wedding season is on, bookings are done here too. for wedding ceremony. This is also a good hotel for large corporate meetings. But I have never personally gone inside it.

Self claimed Five Star Hotel with poor service from the staff. Though it seems to be a Heritage building but not maintained properly. Over priced charges with limited services. The Food standards were pathetic with absolutely no variety in Buffet. The Room service and Reception staff is irresponsive and the Duty Managers do not address the complaints. Overall a very poor experience.

Hi all I would like to share my entire experience with this property. We booked one room for 2adults and an infant for one night only. Believe me the property is so beautiful that we got flabbergasted. There is a man on the door who says namaste everytime when you enter or exit the property. Reception and sitting area is wonderful. Our room category was premium with bathtub. Room was really huge. There was centralised AC, A queen bed, work desk, bedroom chair and table. Inside almirah there was one small bag an iron for clothes, iron board stand, two pairs of room sleepers. Bathroom was huge and clean with dryer. And the best part of the hotel is its pool. There are two swimming pools, one is for adults and one is for kids. My toddler really enjoyed alot. There is also a play room and gym. We had to visit the red fort but we cancel that preferred to stay in the hotel as we were enjoying alot. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is two km away from the Taj Mahal. From the terrace you can see the Taj and red fort. Amazing staff perfect service. This was my first time stay in this hotel but surely now every time I'll prefer taking stay in this hotel only.

If my entire life never seen this poor room service. It happened not once but twice. It took 45 mins for the technician to come and check the air conditioner. And in room dining guys never picked the call after 5 dials. And what we ordered never got served and we slept.

What a lavish property with excellent service. One of the oldest 5 star property which is very well maintained. Huge lawns which shouldn’t be missed for an early morning walk. Would highly recommend for families who need peace. Excellent buffet breakfast spread

Team at Clark’s Shiraz is just superb. Spacious rooms with good buffet options. You can enjoy magic show & puppet show in the evening. Special thanks to F&B Supervisor for packing the food my old grandma. He is really a gem in your team. You can stay here, you won’t regret it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, overall, it was a great experience. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. As luck would have it, I was able to secure a complimentary upgrade to a room with a Taj view, which was truly breathtaking. The rooms themselves were quite clean, and I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets. The highlight of my stay, however, was undoubtedly the restaurant. The food was delicious, and I would highly recommend that anyone staying at this hotel includes it in their plans. While there were a couple of downsides, they did not detract too much from my overall experience. Firstly, the swimming pool water was not heated, which made it difficult to fully enjoy during the off season. Additionally, the pool itself was quite small, so it may not be ideal for those looking to swim laps or exercise. Secondly, I would caution anyone against choosing the twin beds option. In my experience, they were quite uncomfortable, and I would definitely recommend opting for a king size bed if possible. All in all, I would say that this hotel is definitely worth considering if you are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With great staff, clean rooms and fantastic food, the few downsides can easily be overlooked.

Pleasant stay with awesome food and services. Nice and clean rooms with a view of Taj Mahal from our window. Washrooms are clean n maintained. Electric kettle and iron are there for you. Fresh and clean towels with all basic toiletries and a hair dryer are also there. The food was awesome .We had lunch in the restaurant and dinner at our room .The breakfast menu was not provided in the rooms, one can ask for it and order. Mine was a short family, one day trip which was very good and comfortable.

A sprawling property located close to the Taj yet optimally away from the maddening crowds. Gym, pool etc with huge lawns. Rooms are spacious. Food average. Some of the staff appeared to be not very well trained though.

The hotel is nice and spacious, if a little tired and aging. The only reason I gave it three stars instead of four or five is because of the noise. I was in 256 and the road noise was clear, the noise from outside the hotel clear, and someone in a neighbouring room was walking and dragging furniture all night and I could clearly hear them. Having hard tiled floors is nice, but not great for muffling noise. I will say though that they do a good breakfast buffet.

Excellent location. Proximity to Airport, Cantt Railway station and major shopping points. The rooms are very good and amenities are not found lacking. Reception is also quite good. Food is a bit expensive. However overall stay was very comfortable. No reason to complain.

We stayed here for last weekend, we had good times, we enjoyed room services as well as swimming pool, we only recommend to improve their buffet services, they have less options in menu during their breakfast as well as dinner. Also some items were not good in taste, very ordinary. Rest every thing was perfect which someone can expect from any luxurious hotel.

Do not go by self claimed 5 star. I have booked for a pit stop. Got a room which was smelly,, broken bathroom, horrible bed. They have joint 2 single bed to make a double bed and the joint was a bump. If 5 star hotels are like this the I have seen everything in life. Travel sites will show shining rooms but all are fake. Once you enter the gate man, valet parking driver, staff will look up to you to get a tip like beggars and stick to you until you give them tip. The corridors are also smelly and nothing in this hotel is even 1 star hotel. If you are booking make sure you demand for a. Better room otherwise you will repent why you have booked.

Had a great stay at Clark’s Shiraz. My room was upgraded to a premium one. It was quite spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel stuff was courteous and friendly. Overall it’s a great hotel for the price they charge. It’s quite close to TajMahal and other monuments in Agra. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Agra.

Why Clarks Shiraz is called 5 star? The property may not look & feel like a luxurious five star but the price point at which it delivers you a great experience is truly remarkable. Hats off to the management & owners for pulling it off at such a rate. Rooms are wide and lovely, buffet has plenty of options. Tip: They offer great deals on half board basis so book your meals in advance to save big time on cost.

Visited Clark’s Shiraz Agra after about 35 years. What a throw back!! The same quality, finesse and class. Had a fantastic dinner in Mughal Room. Tasty preparations. Live music. Gave me a 80s feel. When life was simpler and taste was aplenty!! Thank you Clark’s!!👏👏

It's a big property.... Nice gardens, open and indoor play areas, pool, all very nice. We booked 2 rooms. They upgraded it to room with bathtubs. Rooms were good and spacious. The only thing I felt that they need to improve is their menu on buffet. Specially starters!! .,. Overall good stay!!

It's a great 5 star. Even though it's an old hotel, but everything is just so nicely fresh. The service was also great. Very polite and professional people.

Very good property, ideally located for visiting the Taj and my room (a normal one) had a beautiful Taj Mahal view. The rooms good and spacious. Kids loved the pool. They can increase the variety in the breakfast buffet and the items in the pool ( tubes etc)
