This hotel is truly value for money. Staff is really professional and very supportive. Food is good and over all experiences is really amazing. Roof top show at evening around swimming pool is really attractive and well complimented with multi cuisine restaurants. Room are specious and taj view window is magical.

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. My previous visit was memorable, but I was very disappointed with their cheat tricks this time. The room I obtained was stinky and dirty. Many times, I dialed reception for the same, and reception forwarded my calls to different persons to whom I was narrating the same story. I was already exhausted from traveling, plus this service added more. Finally, a housekeeping person cleaned the room, but the room was still stinky, so we requested to change our room. In that room, we found some goodies (those were there without our request/consent, so we considered it as great by the hotel), so we asked the housekeeper if it would be the same in another room. He told us that it is general for every room and he delivered it to our shifted room. The point is that they did not inform us that it would be payable. When we were checking out, we found a mysterious bill as it was with the order we never asked for... We made them clear that this order was without our consent, and we never asked for. Their staff made this mistake. Additionally, that invoice was double-charged with the goodies offered in both rooms. We experienced that they do tricks to the visitors to get more money. They kept us waiting during our checkout without considering the mistake they made at their end. To give ease to my family and our delayed schedule, I paid for the error or order I had never done. Very Disappointed, I will never recommend to anyone.

This hotel stay was undoubtedly one of the most disappointing experiences of my life. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was evident that the maintenance was severely lacking. The shower in the washroom was non-functional, and even worse, the flush was also not working. On top of that, the basin was clogged, adding to the inconvenience. The air conditioning unit in the room was also faulty, making the overall environment uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I encountered multiple disturbances during the night with random phone calls, and the front desk failed to provide any satisfactory response or assistance. I can only assume that they have a record of such complaints, which speaks volumes about their service quality. Although a technician was sent to our room to address the issues, they spent an extended period of time attempting to fix the problems without offering an alternative room. This lack of concern for our comfort added to the overall dissatisfaction of the experience. In summary, my stay at this hotel can only be described as a truly horrendous and unforgettable ordeal. The multitude of problems with the facilities, combined with the lack of response and appropriate action from the staff, left me deeply disappointed.

Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely hotel. The service is unmatched and the helpful staff truly cares about your experience. The homemade Indian food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal, ambience and sitting area we had while in. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay. Breakfast buffet was awesome and the rooftop bar and pool area is immaculate and beautiful. The staff were all so professional, helpful and friendly. The foyer is spotless and our room was so quiet and clean. The bed was so huge with white crisp sheets. Faultless and couldn't recommend it more

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The food was Definitely good but the rooms need to be remodeled badly...sink faucet was tarnished it was really nasty and water didnt drain properly as well. Trash can was tarnished also in the bathroom 1 small roll of toilet paper in the restroom. Carpet was filthy dirty. Could do a more cleaning from every corner of the room. Will not ever return again to this hotel when in Agra.

The outside of the hotel was not pretty. Then they kept us at the counter for a pre-booked reservation and did not have our rooms ready. When we got to the rooms, one of them did not have a working AC. The other had dirty floors. After attempting to call the front desk multiple times, then they finally came to check the AC. They β€œfixed it” and it was still not working and we called them again and finally received a new room. TV was not working. The worst part was probably the phone because none of the buttons work and when you call you cannot hear properly. Maybe in a few years this hotel will be better because it is all under renovation but as of now I would not recommend booking with this hotel.

AVERAGE! First of all I would like to mention two of their staff members Charu and Dewanshi, they were very helping and kind. Now talking about the Hotel, Location was quite good. Rooms were not spacious enough. Food and menu can be better. Prices are very high considering their quality and service. Overall it was an average stay.

Great price and value for money space while you visit Agra. Place is easily accessible and have got beautiful sight of the TAJ from rooms. Have got necessary amenities for guests and local area around the Hotel has got everything one would need (restaurants, vehicle, hospital, pharmacy, markets specially sites to visit). Kids/ play room needs real change to accommodate more then few kids, room also needs further additions of toys/ engagement activities. Food and food options across Breakfast / lunch and Dinner are excellent... something is there for everyone to eat and enjoy thier stay. Love 2 visit again.

We checked in for a two-plus-day family gathering. 24 persons, 12 rooms, from all over the place, including USA. Ages 9 to 92. Scored very high on full range of requirements - rooms in one wing, early check-in, wheelchair, concierge, room service, packed breakfast for early morning departures...... Rooftop pool well maintained and serviceable in Thanksgiving weekend. They fired the Sky Grill for us, during off hours, on a single mention & prepped food at flash speed, in full public view. Buffet at Lattice was gastronomic delight (in range of spread and flavors) throughout the stay; complete with special dietary requests and personal attention to all guests. Best part was the efficient and courteous Staff: Doormen, bell hops, front desk, concierge, room guys, and especially the restaurant staff! Rooms slightly cramped but everything else offsets it. Parking is in dusty adjacent lot, with foot access to side entrance, a minor inconvenience. Rapid urban sprawl has now blocked the view to Taj. Their website sucks. Wonder how they can be so sloppy in this day and age. Guys, this is your premier marketing tool, your calling card. Wake-up.

here absolute favourite thing is their sky grill Rooftop Restaurant. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with every meal! Stay is not debated at all as after a long time we felt fulfil by this kind of humble and cooperative service. Their staff was efficient, friendly and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in.

The place is very good. This place is always crowded, hence expect a slow checkin and room service like towels. The staff is quite friendly. Breakfast options are good and they do not differentiate between foreign tourists and Indian ones. That was refreshing. Food options are expensive. Lost of options around for good food

A 5-Star Experience at Grand Mercure Agra! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Mercure Agra, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we set foot on the premises, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire visit. The hotel's ambiance is nothing short of exquisite. The elegant decor and attention to detail immediately create a sense of luxury and comfort. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. One of the standout features of our experience was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to. From the front desk to the dining staff, everyone was friendly, approachable, and highly professional. The dining options at Grand Mercure Agra were a culinary delight. The range of cuisines and the quality of the dishes served were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the local specialties, which were expertly prepared and incredibly flavorful. For those considering a stay at this wonderful establishment, I highly recommend checking out the video review I made to capture the essence of our experience. [Link to video: https://youtu.be/86xRxvCvEkw?si=HBDraxiDzamuR6RE] It offers a firsthand look at the hotel's beauty and the impeccable service provided. In summary, our stay at Grand Mercure Agra was nothing short of a 5-star experience. The combination of stunning facilities, exceptional service, and memorable dining made our visit truly special. We eagerly look forward to returning in the future.

Very well maintained. Rooms are very neat and clean. Service in rooms as well as in restaurant is very nice. Staff is truly very sincere and polite. Food and snacks are very nice. Due to ongoing metro work now a days entry in the hotel takes more time. I would like to recommend this hotel by every standard.

Hotel was ok Selection of restaurants from roof top to Italian. Breakfast was a bit busy for me. Booked taj view room, was never visible from hotel due to smog.

Friendly staff, everyone was always so helpful, from the spa, to reception, and the Concierge helping us arrange tours and transportation. Food was great too. There was always a nice variety. The room was very clean, as were the grounds and public areas. Loved the rooftop pool and Taj view.

Had to book with credit card only, check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were quite comfy and elegant. Sadly, found a broken piece of glass on the room carpet and a long hair on the bedspread, the linen had a few stains, the tap of the wash basin had toothpaste stains. The ambience was great, awesome buffet, the interior decorations at the reception area were all so attractive.

Beautiful and stylish restaurant with a big terrace and a phenomenal view of Agra. Lovely to sit outside in the summer and you can enjoy the excellent food in the beautiful restaurant with huge windows. On a business trip I enjoyed an exceptional lunch here. Our group had rented out the restaurant and the staff tended to our every need. The food was outstanding and the wine was lovely.

We stayed here for one night. Decently priced with very neat rooms. The only issue is the hotel is like a maze and confusing . Not sure why the architecture is that complicated. Rest all is perfect ! Great staff and clean rooms. We did not try the restaurants .

BELONGINGS NOT SAFE HERE. The room was excellent. The food was excellent. The staff’s behaviour was excellent. But - *two items of mine went missing in the hotel* which is unacceptable for a hotel of this stature. Hence I rate the stay as 1 star. The day I checked into the hotel I had kept two items - a UCB jacket and a trench coat in the cupboard. I hadn’t opened the cupboard the following day and was out the whole day when the room was cleaned. On the next day when I was checking out, I had missed packing the items from the cupboard, which was definitely my bad. But as soon as I realised the same, I had called back the hotel and they said that the items weren’t there. I am aware of the gravity of the accusation made by me, but it is because I am sure beyond doubt that the jackets were left behind in the cupboard of the room I was staying in. Very upset and disappointed.
